They are usually great in customer service. Some of them in computer sales were pretty alright, but I had gone in to see some cell phones about upgrading my old one. Well, The lady was chatting with some people, which I don't usually mind, but they were talking about personal things about how things went. I was silent and was looking at the cell phones, but all I got was a glance and I felt she was passing me on in hopes someone else would ask me anything. Not too great, but did find out some great information about the TVs. Maybe I wouldn't get a cell phone from there.
Pros: great help in the other departments
Cons: Maybe not in the cell phone dept. with that rep.
