I would not give even one star to this company. I would not recommend this company at all. I have American Homeshield and unfortunately they send out the company they use. We had nothing but bad luck. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable but that does not cut it when the office staff places charges to your bank account that were not authorized and the work for it was not even done. Then they deny even though the charges on the account plainly show it was them. After we the customer have to take off work go to the bank and get an account statement to prove this they still denied it and had to status my card as stolen to get the charges removed. This company had no intentions of dropping the charges. Then we get a call from a manager or someone in charge as we will be reporting this to American Homeshield and he apologizes for the mistakes and ask that we give them a chance to make it right we agree let him know someone would be home all day the next day. They called my wife's phone which she cannot have on at work then decide we missed our appointment and would have to wait until Monday. That is not making it right. I also want to say that it was Keith who has a post saying how they take complaints seriously.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Very slow and rude service. AC went out and 2 weeks later I gave up and used someone else. The other company was able to get my AC completely fixed in less than 24 hours including going and getting parts. Airwise took a week to get the wrong part and only advised us that it was the wrong part 30 minutes after the appointment time. Would never use again and I don't advise anyone else to!

Terrible!! American Home Shield sent out this whole-in-the-wall company that doesn't even have a website. They said that my furnace needed to be cleaned and that that was the reason that it was tripping off. They wanted $475 to do it! I called a trusted company to come clean it for $59. They told me that it was tripping off because the motor was in very bad condition and that it was a serious safety hazard that cleaning had nothing to do with. If I'd have listened to them we may have lost our house to fire. On top of all of that, I am certain that they tech - Chuck - stole a newly filled bottle of Xanax. It was on the coffee table after being picked up from the pharmacy that morning, and was missing that afternoon after he left.

I am an American Home Shield customer (but dissatisfied and have heard bad things about them) and they only allow me to use Airwise. After scheduling an appointment days in advance, they call me before they promised to be there. When I didn't answer they said they'd have to reschedule even though I called back 20 minutes later. If Airwise has a policy like this, they should at least call a couple of hours in advance or specify the time they will call. They salvaged things by fitting me in a couple of hours later. The technician was helpful and explained things well. While I was disappointed in the initial interaction, I was satisfied with the overall service.

We take every customer complaint serious. It is easy to write a review based loosely on facts. I feel this is a problem with these sites where anything can be written without any fact check. We stand on our A+ rating with the better business bureau. With the BBB you have to back up your statements with facts.

I would hope to NEVER have to use Airwise A/C again.
Having an a/c coil installed we soon had a water leak in our ceiling. My husband upon checking out the reason behind the leak found that the pipes were never glued back together causing such leak, (which my husband ended up gluing). The technician came back and told my husband he was sorry about his overlooking of gluing the pipes back together and that he would report the damage of our ceiling and turn in a work order to have the repair made. When I spoke with Norma at Airwise she told me very sharply that they were not responsible for secondary damage. Now we have a 5 foot water damage which will need to be fixed out of our pocket due to Airwise lack of quality work! The technician, when confronted with what he told us originally changed his story. He out right lied!

I have had the resposibity of being a serviceman for this company for about a year, I can truely say that they treat there customers fair and do the best job possible to correct any a/c issues.

I have had Airwise out to my house several times for various AC / Heating problems - some major, some minor, and they have always been kind, polite, on time, and honest!!

They have gone out of their way to explain what they are doing - and why - and even told me that I DIDN'T need service that another company tried to sell me.

They are reliable - and trustworthy, and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
