Sounds like you had a bad experience, Lisa C. I go to the Mukilteo store. I love Jersey Mike's!! My favorite is a Giant Chipotle 56, but I digress.
Did you call the store back? Or perhaps you can write a comment card. I know the owner. He's a local guy that tries to send people out with a smile, so if information gets back to him, he and the crew try to take care of people. www.jerseymikes.com/seattle
I had an Italian today. A Giant on white bread made Mike's Way. Nice. I can always save the other half as a snack, but too often I finish it off.
To whom it may concern: I came into this restraunt to have lunch on 11/13/08 at 10:15 for lunch I ordered the chicken caesar wrap. I have eaten this many times and loved it. While my sandwich was being made his cell phone rang and he answered it while he was also making what looked like a philly cheese steak. I find it hard to believe somebody ordered it to go since the only other customer was already eating. He asked me if it was for here or to go and I said to go because I have 1/2 hr lunch and needed to get back to work. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich I was not happy It was so small there was more wrap than anything. It was terrible. the chicken was over cooked and the lettuce was hard to find. I would have to say it was the worst thing I have ever had for lunch. I would have brought it back but there was no time and I was very hungry. I managed to choke down some of it and tossed the rest. Needless to say I was very disapointed. Please take a note on who was working and see what they say. I have eaten there many times over the years I feel that something should be done. A response to this email would be nice. Have A good day. Lisa
It has been impossible to find a decent hoagie (or "sub" to the unknowing) to sink my teeth into...until now! These guys do it right! Right down to the sweet/hot peppers! Oh mama, gimme the Giant Italian!
These are the next best thing to a "WAWA" hoagie (of which all hoagies are to be compared to). WAWA is a convenience store back east, similar to 7-11, but light-years ahead. The difference is that WAWA has a deli in them that makes these glorious hoagies to your specifications. We've spent tons of money having friends and family ship these out to us, and now we don't have to! There is "hoagie nirvanna", and it's called "Jersey Mike's".
A quick word about the cheesesteaks: Awsome. These are also pretty darn close to the real thing. You can't go wrong!
[note: the only reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is the lack of the original "Amarosa" brand roll that WAWA (and all respectable east coast shops use)].
