I have tried many different types of yoga, but since coming to B&B I have experienced lasting benefits: my body feels stronger, stamina and energy level during the day is bigger, and sleep is deeper. This is the best yoga and the best part is anyone can do it! Highly recommended:)

Body and Brain Yoga incorperates mind, emotion, and body exercise. It has chaged all areas in my life for the greater good. try it, live it, and love it!!!

Pros: you gain a whole new meaning of life

This style of Yoga and Tai Chi is Amazing. Right off the bat, it's for sure a bit different than traditional Hatha style yoga. We'll do the poses, etc, but actually working with the body more in depth than I would have imagined. We do stretches, breathing, tapping, meditation, etc... But the feeling is quite different than the drop in gym yoga. It's real, and talking to the people who go here, I can see that people have recovered from far worse conditions than me.

I'd say if you want the real deal check this place out. They're good people and genuinely want to help each person who comes in here. I also took Initial Awakening workshop and it was one of the most powerful experiences in my life. I felt my body my mind and my spirit become one for the first time I can remember. I'm really happy with BnB, :)

Pros: Awesome Teachers, great program, Class size is manageable too, not too big/small

Cons: Some of the later workshops are pretty spendy, but seem powerful.
