A collaboration of culinary and creative artistry, cuiZine showcases the innovative Global cuisine of Chef Chin amidst a backdrop of dramatic dcor. The 150-seat, 4500-square foot restaurant features artfully presented fine cuisine, a dramatic uptown-cosmopolitan bar/Lounge and terrace dining. CuiZine's brand of playful sophistication is apparent as soon as guests enter the bar/caf and lounge. Artful elegance is the signature of our three dining rooms. Artistic and innovative culinary presentations excite the senses while the signature drinks and international wines are sheer delight. The eclectic menu embodies Chef Chin's career, spanning his French-Asian heritage, French training, urban successes and eclectic influences. Classical French techniques are paired with light, pungent spices and ingredients from around the world.
