This is one of the worst places you could take your car. Took my truck in with bumper damage and some fender damage nothing that bad and was told "oh we can have it done in two weeks". I didn't call at all the first week to check on the progress, but after a week and a half I called to check on it and was told I could pick it up that Tuesday, well Tuesday came and I called before I drove to pick it up and was told it still wasn't done but would be done by Saturday. I didn't complain and waited patiently for Saturday to come. Once again I called to make sure it was done and was told yet again, it wasn't done... And that it would be done Tuesday, by now I'm getting annoyed with them but let it go and waited until Tuesday again. Well yet again they told me "it's not done and will be done Saturday". I finally told them it's been almost a month now and everytime it's supposed to be finished you tell me it's not. I finally was told it WILL be done on Monday, so rather than calling I went down there and told them I was here to pick up my truck, after about 10 minutes they backed the truck out of the garage and I went to inspect it. I founld loose bolts, tools still stuck in places on the truck and fresh glue in spots. It's turns out all the times they told me it wasn't done was just because they weren't even working on it. Collisions masters in Burleson Texas is probably the worst auto repair place I've ever had to deal with. If I ever have to do it again I will try service king and see how they do business, it wouldn't take much for them to beat collision masters. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, anywhere but collision masters. The only thing they are masters at is procrastination.
