I am serverly displeased. I took my cat Ottis to be desexed and have his first rabie shot. Well I was told by numerous employees there that he would have to stay over night, and I was to pick him up the NEXT evening after 5:00 ("preferable 5:30"). I was called after his surgery right after i dropped him off and they said his surgery was a success and he was doing great. He was only 3 months so i knew the surgery was very minor and asked "can't I pick him up today?" again they said its not a same day pick procedure. Well the next morning i was called by them asking when and why i didn't pick up my cat and that i was charged for an over night stay. They said they waited till 6:00. I would think it would be easier to just call a person and say your animal is ready for pick up. They handed my cat back to me in his box that was soiled, and told me he is covered in fleas. I will never be back.
Dr. Kevin, as I call him, was good to both of my animals, until recently. I went on vacation, and my dog (who has Lyme disease) had another "episode" and couldn't walk...paralyzed in his one leg. So, I called All Saints Animal Hospital to see if the vet could call in the medicine my dog takes for the Lyme disease, and the receptionist was very rude and said the doctor couldn??t call it in. So, I called again and asked if my pet sitter could bring my dog in to see the doctor, it was an emergency. The receptionist was very rude and said they were too busy and I needed to go somewhere else, and that the vet had not seen him in a year. Well, I'm pretty sure most people do not take their dogs to the vet unless there is a problem. I was very upset, as I was at the beach, five hours away, and my dog was in pain. Now, I'm not too fond of All Saints Animal Hospital and am even questioning Dr. Kevin's diagnoses, as he was wrong about my dog's Lyme disease, he thought it was something else, and the diagnosis of my first dog, which Dr. Kevin said needed to be put to sleep. I would not recommend this vet......there are too many other goods ones out there. Hope this is helpful to all you owners of animals.

I have been a guest at All Saints for several years now. I started taking my pets to Dr. McKissen because it was conveniently located downtown, and close to work, so I could just drop off my 4 legged friend if I had to, and pick them up on my way home. All Saints is also Very Affordable. I always left surprised at what the price was. And I was able to buy flea meds in single doses, which helped with my budget at the time. I moved to Greenville, S.C. in January (2009), and I have 3 cats, and 1 Dog. Dr. Mckissen diagnosed my dog as Diabetic. He really was informative and helpful when it was time to start giving my dog an Insulin shot 2x a day. Again, after all tests and visits, and considering how ill he was when we brought him in, it was not too expensive! I have been to 2 different Vets here in S.C. now, and I still find myself having to call Dr. Mickessen if I need something, or I have a question(s) that is not answered. I mean, the man takes calls on his cell phone after hours!! Here, after hours is an emergency line. I would highly recommend All Saints, and their entire team! I have never been happier with anyone else taking care of my animal family. I am still driving to N.C. and going to All Saints for most all of my pets medical needs.
