WOW - What a rip-off this was! $30 for two and I ordered the daily special. Someone wrote "best pancakes I ever had." How the hell can you mess up pancakes? Atmosphere is 1970's dcor. I think they just lure the rich old geezers from Newport to make them feel like they have somewhere to go. I kept looking out the window wishing I had a sausage biscuit from Wendy's instead. On top of everything the service is really, really slow. Go somewhere else folks -- save a couple dollars.

I was invited to breakfast by my cousin here, and all I can say is this is one of the best pancake houses I have been to. The pancakes are huge, and so delicious. A little pricey but worth it.

Good breakfast. A place for a large variety of dishes at good prices. The coffee also makes this place good too!

In Short
The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk…
