Ripoff... Take your car some place else.

Took my Prius in for a recall part replacement that I was told would be no change. They called me offering additional $1000 of work needed. When I said No to the fixes they the double charged my card for a $50 service fee. Made multiple call asking to have the fee waved but they would not.

They also left bolts out when they put the flange back on and didn't restore the battery cover in side the call. just left it all open.

Then the $50 inspection I was forced to pay wasn't even complete. Several blanks left on the checklist.

Not Happy at all.

Still waiting for a call back......

I have 5 Toyota vehicles. Toyota of Plano has provided me outstanding service for years. Derek Canterbury was Service Adviser and is thoughtful and knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you! Most liked for me is that Derek has made it a point to know who I am and made all service trips a professional experience! I constantly recommend Toyota Plano for service to all my friends. Darren Wells at Toyota of Plano did an excellent job in helping me out of a bind. The weather was over 100 degrees and I had a disabled person with me and the battery died. He sent someone to me immediately and I took the car to the dealership and he replaced the battery in a matter of minutes so as not to upset the person that I had as a passenger. He couldn??t have done a better job and I was most satisfied! Thank you for taking care of my problem timely and efficiently!

We bought 2002 Sienna XLE from Toyota of Irving, TX on 11/16/2001. After few months we had issues with PSNGR Side PWR Door. Took it to service dept. They reset it and worked fine. This happened couple of more times. Until 2003. Then When I took van to Toyota of Plano on 8/25/2003 with still under warranty.

Again, it started giving us problems in 2004 and 2005 so we took it back to Toyota of Irving and of course the service dept said its out of warranty now. So after escalating to svc mgr and then to GM, they fixed on 3/12/05

Worked for few months again and it started giving us problems again so we took it back to Toyota of Plano on 10 April 2007. They gave us estimate of $2,100 and mentioned "NEEDS POWER DOOR MOTOR AND ECU".

We didn??t use the van for a week and battery died. After giving the jump, the van started and power door started working again. Took it back to Toyota of Plano today June 11 2007 to see if they can look into this issue so we can get this fixed as we had the pwr door issue from very first yr. Talked to Service Manager David Kennedy and he said he can not help me as its out of warranty. When I talked to Tayme Roloff, Customer Relations Manager at Toyota of Plano she told me that she can not override it what already service mgr had told me. BTW, the battery was under warranty as I had replaced in August of 2006 which service dept didn??t even bother to offer to check.
