I have been taking my two children (ages 3 and 4) to Dr. Amy Betz at Sterling Pediatrics for three years now. Dr. Betz is a compassionate, amazing physician. There are three other physicians in the group but all pale in comparision to Dr. Betz. What is especially important is that Dr. Betz is a new mother herself (8 months old) so she can relate to issues such as sleeping, eating, vaccinations, etc. Dr. Betz is always asking me, as the mother how MY stress level is and whether or not I "get out" and get time for myself (she feels this is important to be a good parent and to keep insanity levels low).

The office staff has vastly improved over the past three years, but there still is some room to grow. In the past I have dealt with rude physician assistants, and incompetant office personnel. There has been several staff changes and I do slowly see improvement. Honestly, it has been worth it to deal with this than to lose Dr. Betz. My children love her, and so do I!

PROS: Compassionate, wonderful Pediatrician and they are quick to see you.
CONS: Office staff needs a bit more training.
