This little place has some of the most unique ice cream flavors. Yes its expensive, and yes you don't get too much, but it is so delicious that none of that matters. This is the kind of ice cream that you take a long time to savor. Try mixing up flavor combinations every time you go to get a different experience.

Whenever my friends and I are in the area, we always stop by The Bent Spoon to get our ice cream fix. Their ice cream is very rich and creamy and they will let you sample flavors for free. The portions are a bit small and the ice cream is a little pricey but it's so worth it.

They use local farms for at least some of their ingredients. They serve some organic ingredients. Yes, it's expensive but I'm more than willing to pay more for quality and for my health and the environment. I love The Bent Spoon and we need more businesses that think of these things.

This is the newcomer to the ice cream spots in palmer square and Princeton more generally. A nice alternative to T-Sweets and Halo Pub, this artisan ice cream establishment offers a supposedly more natural, tasty, socially conscious and uniquely rich/sugary and artistic frozen desert than the other places nearby. The ice cream is definitely tasty, although I'm sure it's not better for you; if anything it is certainly not better for your wallet (it's expensive) & your patience (as there is often a long line); and the servings you get are pretty small (the ice cream comes in tiny cups that hold a spatula full of the desert.). Definitely worth trying though !
