Best experience ever! I started off shopping online and received a call from Ahmad after I requested info on a new 2013 Elantra. Ahmad gave me a fair price right over the phone. I checked around and gartners deal was the best, and more importantly, ahmad was so nice and not pushy....the exact opposite of a lot of salesman I talked to. Being a young, female buyer, how I was treated was so important to me.

I filled out the credit application online, emailed my info and Gartner had everything ready for me when I got there. Other than going over all the neat new features on my car, I wasn't there long at all. Even my dad was impressed with everything and kept saying that buying a car is never this easy. It was like he was waiting for something to go wrong...lol.

I would highly recommend Ahmad and Gartner Hyundai. As long as Hyundai keeps making great cars like my elantra, I will be a customer for life

We purchased a 2011 Sonata Hybrid from Miles Misek at Gartner. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Miles has called twice to make sure we are happy with the car, never had a salesman do this before. We had a Prius, Sonata Hybrid is so much more car for the money. Gartner gave us the best for our trade-in. If you want great value and great people to deal with, go to Gartner and see Miles.

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I purchased a car here in October. Since then I have tried several times to make an apt. to get an oil change with no luck. I've been by there several times to just get my car washed and they have the sign out "NO CAR WASHES TODAY". Now I'm getting a noise while driveing the car. Service will not pick up the phone or has call me back, to even make an apointment. A friend suggested I call Pugi in Downers Grove, not only did they pick-up the phone right away, but I have an apointment for today!! Glenn at PUGI was so helpful and very nice. From now on I will be dealing with Pugi, I only wish I would have bought my car from them.
Very rarley do I write reviews, but this was worth the time. Again, I would NOT PURCHASE OR SERVICE YOUR CAR AT GARTNER!!!

When we moved to Aurora from Ohio, we needed to find dependable service for our Hyundai Sonata. Boy, did we!! The folks at Gartner bend over backward to make you satisfied. They'll even transport you, if needed. But for basic maintenance, you won't have to wait long enough for a lift. Check em out!!

I have not bought a car in awhile and was looking for a car which was affordable and because I am a big guy both around and tall I was also looking for a car which fit me. I initially went through internet sales that placed me in Jim??s good hands when I arrived at the dealership. Jim explained that the Sonata was probably my best choice and had me test drive one. I was impressed with many of the cars features from roomy interior and trunk space, to XM/Sirius radio, Bluetooth connectivity, alloy wheels, and gas mileage. I also liked the metal flake in the paints finish. Also a welcome surprise was that the car was built in Alabama where another car is looking at was built in Mexico. Sitting down and talking with Jim I didn??t have to negotiate a best price he gave it to me the first time. The deal was better than any other dealer who had initially gave a high deal even with rebates it just goes to show how much the Gartner dealership wants your business. Jim was a terrific salesperson. Very patient, provided great detail, and spent time going over the figures and this was even before I decided to buy the car. I E-mailed Jim several questions which he promptly answered as I was weighing my decision. When I did decide to buy the car Jim made suggestions on how to keep the process streamlined so I did not have to spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork. Jim took his time showing me the features of the Sonata, showing the engine area where various items were like dipstick, windshield washer fluid, etc. Jim even setup my phones Bluetooth to work in the car and assisted in transferring stuff out of my old car into my new car. In all I was very impressed with Jim as a salesperson for Jim took his time and was never pushy .

I drive with hand controls, so I rely on the ??sales person? for taking me for a test drive, describing to me the driving experience and the finally getting my car outfitted with hand controls. During the test drive, Michael and I talked the adaptive equipment requirements and when we got back to the dealership, he wrote down all my exact needs and admitted this was his first time dealing with ??hand controls?. It didn??t stop him! He got all information on who would do the work; got the paperwork so I could take advantage of the Hyundai Mobility Program and then started to work on getting my new car ready for me to drive. Michael worked with Mobility Works and coordinated getting my car outfitted with the appropriate equipment. There was a bit of delay in ??buying? my car and actually driving away in my new car. The specific hand controls were back ordered, but Michael would touch base and each time end the call with? I can??t wait to get you into your new car!? The first offer for the car was a little high considering it was a demonstration car and had almost 6000 miles on it. But I thought we came to a reasonable agreement on the final price. I liked that Russ called the next day and told me I could call him with anytime with questions. Love the car.

Bottom line is we ended up satisfied and he busted butt to help us, and he did.

Michael Miranda is a great person to buy a car from. I ask a lot of questions! Michael never seemed to mind he would just give his best answer. And if I asked the same question again.. and sometime again he would just answer and see if that cleared things up. And if I asked the same question again.. and sometime again he would just answer and see if that cleared things up.
