If I were voting several years ago I would have given this clinic 4 or 5 stars, despite the fact that my doctor was really 'green'. But, over time people and businesses change.

The clinic was great when Dr. Long was there. When she was there it seemed as if everyone cared and I really liked the clinic and everyone that I met. Dr Long was the best doctor that I have seen. You could tell that she cared and knew what she was doing. Now this clinic has doctors with less than 11 years experience and they seem to do what they want, as if Mommy is out of town. The attitudes and quality of service have changed.

I would like to comment on the other doctors that I have met there. But, the service was nothing to speak of after Dr. Long left.

I moved out of town recently and was surprised to hear from my daughter that Francine Long left the practice....where did she go? Is she local? She was the most wonderful doctor I've seen in my life - she cared about my family and always took time to hear our concerns and answer our questions. she was thorough and kind.

I was shocked to read the reviews about this place. Dr. Bromberger was unbelievably unprofessional but she bordered on sadistic. I remarried 5 years ago to my high school sweetheart. Two years ago we found out we were having a baby. I have three children from my first marriage but they were delivered in Indiana by a wonderful Doctor Wang. I found Dr. Bromberger in the phone book. I actually liked her at first. Right after Christmas, three months along, I miscarried. One of the worst experiences of my life. I called the office and the doctor on call was Doctor Dunn. She was very nice and it helped me cope. Unfortunately, Dr. Bromberger wasn't as helpful. I waited for over two hours to see her. My husband kept telling me to get checked out. I hadn't gone to the hospital and he was worried. Finally, they put me in a room and she comes in 15 minutes later. She breezes in, big smile on her face and says, How's the Baby!?! I just stared at her mouth agape, are you kidding me...How's the Baby? Umm, not so good. I realize doctors have busy lives and they meet a lot of women. We are all human beings. We are all busy. Take the time to read a file, find out who your talking to. I think that's inexcusable cruelty. Find another doctor.

If you are looking for excellent care and a caring doctor who is down to earth and will be very forthcoming with you ... choose Dr Dunn.

I'm VERY pleased to have found her.

I enjoy going to this place where my mother, Dr. Francine Long works with all the women. All of them knows me. Once in a great while, I take lunch to my mother or meet up with her for some personal reasons. It's also great because Pace Bus Rte. #714 goes in that area between Wheaton Train Station & Edward Hospital. It's a very easy asset for me to travel to & from the bus stops between Ford Car Dealership & the office where the bus stops in the corner of Naperville Road & Ogden Avenue. Once in a while, I ride my bike along the way, but puts the bike on the bus's bike racks. It makes things ALOT easier for me to use the Pace Bus 714 to & from COD and the office combo.

This team of doctors and nurses really knows how to ease a nervous patient. I was blown away by both the professionalism and kindness of the staff, and I'm so happy I chose Dr. Jennifer Dunn as my physician. If you're looking for a OB/Gyn who really cares about you as a patient and as a person, then look no farther than Dupage Health Specialists.

My wife and I loved this practice. Our primary Dr. was Betty Hsia, who delievered our boy into this world. We also saw another doctor at the practice, Audrey Bromberger, who, not to hurt Dr. Hsia's feelings, was my wife's favorite. We always felt important when we came for appointments and they were encouraging and always answered our questions. In a time that could have been even more stressful, they were calm in the storm.
