I bought my dog quin at Arndts happy tails about a year ago. He is the best dog in the world and has such a wonderful personality. He is a healthy maltipoo. I would buy another dog from Arndts Happy Tails in a heart beat. I had a very good experience, I sadly did not meet bonnie. But her daughter was very nice and helpful!

I have purchased a toy poodle from Bonnie, who i thought would be a good breeder First off i got an 8 week old toy poodle who was not vet checked. When i left and realized i didn't have paper work stating the puppy was vet checked i decided to email bonnie and ask herShe explains that the puppy was supposed to be vet checked the week after. Why didnt anyone tell me this? i would've left the puppy there to be vet checked. How do you sell a puppy that is not vet checked? When i took the puppy to the vet, he had a bad case of worms and has some legs problemsWhen i emailed bonnie she said I could return him for a full refund which i appreciate and condemn her for this however, i have bonded with my puppy and took him to the vet three weeks later so why would i want to give him up? if bonnie was a reputable breeder she would've given me half of my money back and let me keep the puppy

My daughter and I went to Arndt's Happy Tails the day after our 13 1/2 year old beloved standard poodle Molly died. We live 2 1/2 hours away, but doing an internet search we found a picture of patches--a brown and white minature poodle on line. She was adorable and her photo made my daughter smile for the first time in 24 hours. We took a long road trip and were met by a 3 lb bundle of energy with a non-stop tail wagging tail and tongue. We fell in love immediately. We had to wait a week until our puppy was old enought to take her home. It was a long week. Patches, our puppy, has been with us a week. No one in the family can image life without her. She is there to great us when we get up in the morning and return from work and school. She loves to play and has already traveled to school, the store, and a local farm. Patches is friendly to both adults, kids, and other dogs. She has been amazingly easy to train. She had her first vet appointment and I was reassured she was very healthy and had all her shots.

I would definitely get another puppy from Arndt's Happy Tails in the future. Bonnie and her daughter answered all my questions and let us spend as much time as we wanted with getting to know the puppy. I was sent home with a clean puppy, clipped feet and nails. She had all the shots for her age and a Advantage flea and tick treatment. I was also given dog food and in their store I was able to purchase all the necessities I needed for the puppy.
They helped to make our family complete again

Wow, I'd like to first make a comment on the timing and integrity of all the bad reviews. They were all made within a month of one another in 2011 and they are all consistent with their spelling and grammar errors. This was obviously a competitor trying to make this breeder look bad. I have seen bad breeder conditions, and Arndt's is definitely NOT that. The crates are stacked on top of one another, but really, is that so bad? I mean, they do this at the vet. It's not going to kill a dog to be in a crate with its litter or to be in a crate on top of another crate. As for the dog having "two sets of teeth" and "seizures," this is just ridiculous. I have an 8 year old toy poodle from Happy Tails and she is the healthiest and happiest dog I have ever seen. The conditions were clean and admirable and she groomed our puppy before we took her home. You even leave with an included "Puppy Starter Kit" with food, a toy, and a blanket. This place is fantastic and now that I've moved out and am getting married, I'm thinking about purchasing another Poodle from here.

I have a poodle I got there over 2 yrs ago that is in great health. He is so handsome friendly and loveable. I'd be lost without him. When I went there I was undecieded as to what I wanted. They took the time to help me figure out what I was looking for because I wanted a dog that didn't shed and showed me what they had avalible. It was hard to choise they where all so cute and they all where health happy and playful. I couldn't ask for a better dog than my benny. I am planning to get another dog as a playmate for bennny. Also we started to take him there for grooming and to buy our food and suplies. There prices are very good, better than any where else I've been and there service has been great. I would recomend them to any one.

This place is horrible!! This woman over breeds all the dogs and cats there and they all have medical problems. I walked in there and the first thing that hit me was the awful smell and the fumes from the cleaners, there is not proper ventilation in there at all. Then I saw a door open to a back room and I was horrified to see lots of dog carriers stacked on top of each other with multiple dogs in each. The puppies, that she had out in the shop for customers to see, were all sick. Some had breathing problems and snotty noses and the others eyes were infected and pasted shut some one eye and some both. She also had cats and kittens in there in cages that they couldn't even move, they could stand up and stretch and that's about it. To get to there food they had to hang almost upside down to get into a cover litter box and then sit in there while poking there head out to get the food in front of it. On top of all that this woman was grooming a dog and ripping the mats out of its hair and off it's ears and it was screaming and all she did was yell at it the entire time to shut up. You never rip mats off an animal especially if you are a so called license groomer!! I took a kitten home that day that was stuffed back in a corner under a shelf in the dark with no food, water or litter. She told me at first it was free and I asked her to make sure she just didn't mean free as in nobody had claimed it. She then stopped and thought about it and then it was $50, this kitten was not fixed. I didn't end up paying by the time I was done but I did get a very grateful sweet baby. She was the last one in that cage or I would have taken them all home. Unfortunately the other cats i couldn't take because they were her breeder cats or I would have taken them away from her to!! This place should be shut down and all animals should be taken away from her!!

I have a minature poodle that I purchased, she is the sweetest most loving dog. However, she has had numerous health issues and congential defects. She has had to have all four legs repaired and has trouble walking. Have spent thousands of dollars trying to correct problems this breeder created. They are no better that a puppy mill! BUYER BEWARE! This is inhumane to subject these dogs to a life of hell, and the owners to the heartbreak.

We purchased a tiny toy tea-cup poodle and a Chi. and, when we took the tiny toy to Vet he suggested to return to the breeder cause of the problems and had already one seizer Around one month after we purchased the Chi. she ended up with two sets of teeth. I was lucky enough to get all my money back which was $700.00 for poodle & $500.00 for the Chic. I trusted this woman she said she worked for a Vet before and I figured she knew what she was talking about. I learned a lesson on this. So all I can say is BECAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer should beware of this breeder. Will try to con you into sending a deposit for a certain described puppy. When she receives the deposit, will tell you that the puppy will not turn out to what you wanted but she has another one for more monies that is what you may want. If you turn that down, she now says your deposit is not refundable. Also, how can this breeder be a reputable breeder if she mixes breeds together to make a supposed 'designer dog' and has who knows how many breeds just to make a fast buck. This is just a glorified puppy farm and scam artist!!!!
