The technician was friendly, and charged me $30 before I ever produced the coupon. It was so fast, which was great. Finally, when I was leaving, he saw the temporrary permit on my car and reminded me it was expiring that day. I explained it was a holiday and the DMV was closed, and he told me that AAA members get free DMV services, and told me where the nearest office was.
