I have never used their laundromat services, but I did send my laundry to them for cleaning when I had a new baby and was too busy to do laundry myself. They are very prompt and the clothes return nicely clean (without any annoying fake fragrance) and folded. In terms of pricing, I think they're about average for this service. I really liked the convenience of leaving dirty clothes on the porch and having clean clothes back the next day.
