Nelson Computers

All of a sudden, the computer stopped working and we couldn't figure out why. We weren't sure if it was a permanent problem or a fixable one but after asking us questions and taking a first look, the guys at Nelson were able to tell us that it was indeed fixable. It took just a couple of days and the computer is back to its old working order.

I dropped my Apple iBook G4 on the ground, and two problems occured: the power supply no longer worked as well (it took a lot of effort and manipulation to get it to start charging the battery), and the laptop would no longer stay closed. Nelson had a look at it and fixed both problems in less than 15 minutes. They were incredible, and I didn't have to deal with shipping my laptop back to Apple, Inc. Awesome store indeed.

My computers always tend to die on me and I'm not even sure why! I find it a hassle to send my laptop back to Gateway in a box, and insecure, since it could easily be lost or damaged in the mail. Nelson Computers is my solution to this - I simply drive my laptop there, explain the problem (they usually ALWAYS know right away what's wrong with it just from a simple description!), and let them fix it. They're really quick and get the job done right the first time, so you're back to using your computer right away. A very good alternative than mailing your computer across America!!
