Here is the best example to good company gone bad in just 3 short years after the buyout?.This is just 1 MINOR example.... We had Alcoa come and visit one day to give instructions on better ergonometric at the desk and computer, while in the meeting, one of the nameless VP??s at the time, spoke up (like usual) without getting into greater detail, he showed everyone what not to say in a meeting. I won??t forget when the individual from Alcoa spoke back by saying, ??You must be a part timer?... in other words,,, with that kind of talk,,, you won??t last long? ... These guys are RUDE, will ride their stupid bikes for 3 hours at lunch instead of managing problems,,, walk around like they are John Wayne,, yadda yadda? From a very short time they toke over,,, 50% of the best engineers and sales force I have ever been around left the company...
Back track to the weeks leading up to the closing and becoming new owners - Quoted here as stating,,,,??This will be a better place in the long run, you will see?? I stayed for a few years and beleived like a idiot my self it would.... As I watch my health care go down, my wages also diminish,,, yadda yadda... So, if you want to work for a company like this I dare you to find out the hard way and see for yourself how a company goes against all normal ethics and morals to its employers!!

This company used to be owned by Aloca. At that time they were a decent company to work for. They were bought out by two people who worked there. Now their customer service has started to go downhill. They really need to learn how to correctly answer the telephone when your representing a company. They are rude, disrespectful, uncaring and it really does show by the tone of their voice. I would stay clear of this company because, there are better businesses out there.
