.

The apartments themselves are a decent place to live. They are fairly nice and quiet. Pleanty of parking, no limits on how many cars you can park. Apartments failry spacious, although a little older. Appliances older, but mostly working OK. Rent was reasonably low most of the time. They have a swimming pool they keep open June-September. There are a few squirrels that run around, making the place look even nicer.

The worst part about leaving there was management and owner. It used to be managed by a few older people, and they would complain about you all the time. We were even lied about. They told us we were making too much noise after 10pm several times, which was simply not true at all. We also had a couple of financial disagreement with the owner, where we were unfairly charged several hundred dollars. Finally he agreed to return half of the money, but then went back on his own word. Fortunately we recorded the conversation, and told him about it, after which we ended up getting the promised refund.

We also heard from apartment managers that the owner kept cutting their benefits without giving them any compensation.

Overall, I would not recommend leaving there based on all the problems we've had.

PROS: Nice, clean, quiet place. Low rent, big apartments, swimming pool
CONS: Horrible owner. Management varies, but had problems with them as well
