Asset Development Group Inc

I dont know if this is the same Asset Development Group Inc. that owns the mobile home community in Monroe, WI but it sure sounds like it. We have a mail box that is so old, in the winter there's snow in the boxes & the mail is frozen to the bottoms. We have constant trouble with the "managers" grandson damaging property & nothing being done. We are now being told that even tough most of our leases are not up they are trying to now charge us for water and sewer which under our current lease is included. There also a person in the milwaukee office that handles late payments who's too stupid to know how to get messages off a voice mail & accuses me of not leaving a message when I can get my phone bill to show I called. Why are they being allowed to operate in the state of Wisconsin without any over sight my some form of government? Maybe everyone in all the communities need to band togther and file a class action law suit....

my wife and I have lived in colonial gardens, in schofield wi. for several years. Asset has NEVER done any improvements to the park. The staff they have on site here are the most worthless bunch of people on earth. If you go to the office with an issue, it is NEVER followed up on by anyone. Nothing ever gets fixed in the park. The area director Trish is rude, and abrasive to everyone in the park.The park manager Johanna is less than helpful to anyone also, Nothing is ever the parks responsibility to repair!! Bad roads and flooding issues are MY FAULT ??? The mgmt. in milwaukee does NOTHING to follow up on resident complaints. Darrell who is contracted to plow snow has not been paid for over 1 year! He is owed over 40,000.00 for work he has done here. Contractors are not paid for work done here either, Mobile Home Stuff Store had to put contractor leins on homes they repaired just to get paid!! ASSET is it time yet to re think the choices you have made as far as your mgmt. people ? Just ask ANY resident in ANY of your parks !

i live in minnesosta and my garbage was not picked up because they do not know how to pay the bill. when you call for answers they say they have issues well i have an issue and the issue is them not being honest! nothing is being maintained at all although our rent keeps going up i think they need to give us honest answers!!
