hi there i we been here since dec 2010 we moved in all ecited going through here b4 we bought it looked great after we moved in i noticed windows leaking i noticed mold growingi got asthma and mold is my biggest trigger i did let them know they never did anything bout it now my ceiling is leaking i got my floor board in my hallway ready to cave in in spot. i asked the county for an inspection report i was lied to all the way around we got a letter back on martin luther king jr day something with the bank got messed up i got a letter saying 5 day evict i barely was here a month i paniced we put alot of effort to get in here i called kristin keely no sympthy i called Lana at the office i live in bridgeview gardens. so i got some money out from the atm since all banks were closed i ran it to theoffice kristin called me back and said i better have the rest tomorro or t i need to b out by thursday i was crying no compassion when lana admitted it was there bad i had to beg to get my shower fixed and a different stove it was busted to hell when i got in here i couldnt cook a decent meal it took em 3 and a half days for a new 1 i am very displeased and sick my asth,a has never been so bad. i been to the er 2 now since living here. im thinking of getting a lawyer and doing the lemon law i got a cousin in real estate i been doing my best to clean it up but i cant keep being sick my father is furious at the time we needed a home but i never thought i would become sick from it. oh yea u got nothing to worry about that damn maintance guy john is an idot im so gunna try to get things defaulted so i can move. i love having my own home i was so excited but now i been so sick and sore my chest hurts so bad can any plz advise?

I've lived here in Birch Terrace for over two years now. Since month one it has been almost pure hell. I purchased my mobile home from a private seller, not from Home Source One.

In the first month I had problems with the next door neighbors that continue to the day. We are all required to sign a community guidelines agreement to which these people have never honored nor will the management enforce, especially if it is Hmong who are causing the problems. . Their trailer is something you'd see out of a stereotypical trailer trash park in the deep south. Noise from these people is constant despite numerous complaints to the management at ALL levels. THeir lot looks like a landfill. They have also done damage to my paint and siding on my home which was also reported. NOTHING again was done about them or the damage by either party. I reported the damage to Lynn Lamon, site manager, and to Jim Webb, the area manager. I was told Jim would be by to photograph the damage the following week and take action. He never showed up and never returned my call.

Rent increases every year as has been mentioned in other posts yet again, no maintenance is done on the driveways or the roads. The sewage pumping system is constantly backing up raw sewage into one of my neighbor's yards due to lack of attention by the site managers. We have been told repeatedly that the maintenance of the driveways is the responsibility of the tenants. There is also two mobile homes here with sewage back up problems. One has been vacant for three years with sewage that backed up under the trailer and was never cleaned up. The other trailer was condemned by the county for a similar problem only this one had the sewage backed up IN the home and it was full of black mold. I believe by law a condemned trailer must be removed withing ninety days of being condemned.

The discrimination comes in with the Hmong. IF you are Hmong, you are allowed to do whatever you please. Everyone else is told that if they don't follow the community guidelines, they will be charged 50.00 for each piece of trash on your lot, reported to Asset Development and evicted. These threats appear regularly at the postal stands of which there are two in the park. Those who have dogs are charged 20.00 per dog yet, Hmong, and I've seen this myself, are allowed to have chickens and ducks which they keep in their homes and slaughter in their yards, free of pet fees and against local ordinance. Asset has repeatedly lied about this even with witnesses to these events this same year of 2010. Management is also selective about telling only those they like that if they get a note from their doctor, the dog fees won't be charged.

This is already lengthy and not the sum of the problems here. I will end this by saying that Asset is run at all levels, by TRASH. All you get is lip service. You'd be be better off paying a prostitute. You'd at least get better value for your money.

I live in Southren Wi and have a similiar story about lack of maintenance of the park we live in. The roads are torn up and the parks are not safe for the children. When I asked about having the trees removed that are rotting my roof, they replied there is no money. The lack of money is due to the lack of buisness because they do not have a buisness orientated attitude. I believe that all the parks should have a tenant union and trailer owners should have more rights than a basic apartment renter. We are homeowners after all but have no say in what we can do with the land we are on. If they do not want us to eliminate the trees ourselves and charge it to the park than they should do their duty and remove unsafe trees and brush.

We live in one of the parks in WI when I called to find out why our park manager was butchering my trees I was told everything on this lot belongs to asset and they can do with it what they want. When I asked what I pay lot rent for if I can't make it look nice they told me it was to keep my home on it and for my utilities. No improvements in 5 years but rent keeps going up.

i live in minnesosta and my garbage was not picked up because they do not know how to pay the bill. when you call for answers they say they have issues well i have an issue and the issue is them not being honest! nothing is being maintained at all although our rent keeps going up i think they need to give us honest answers!!

i live in Rockvale which asset development owns. i have to say i have been here a few years and love it. as all parks and businesses thier have been some ups and downs. the managment here though is great. they have added events for us all

The management at Bridgeview Gardens sucks. When you call them to ask where you property lines are located, they will not answer and if you keep pursuing them, they will threaten to evict you. The parks are not maintained. In the 17 years I have lived here, the driveways have never been repaved - they say it's our responsibility, but it's their property. I maintain my property well and repave my driveway myself yet nobody else cares to keep theirs up. The rules in the lease are not enforced and mean nothing to the company. They pick their favorites and you don't dare get on their bad side or they threaten you.

This park is going down the drain. There are more vacant lots and homes for sale than there were when I first moved in. The lot rent increases each year and we are paying more than all other mobile home parks in the area. Brenda does not seem to know the guidelines of the lease. She is dishonest and will lie to the company if you have problems. Amy from Milwaukee is of no help either.

I do not recommend this park to anyone. If you're considering moving here, change your mind very quickly. People who live here would love to sell their homes but nobody's buying because the lot rent is too high and the park is in poor condition.

The roads in this park are terrible. I hit a pot hole and it broke the tie rods on my car. I filed a claim with "Mary" at the site office. She wanted witnesses, police report, etc. She had the gaul to ask me if I had proof that it happened in Rockvale. Hell, the pothole was big enough to swim in and the only reason I hit it was the car coming at me wouldn't move. This happened in April - still nothing. They want more money from you every year but won't give it up for crap. I had to use my sons car to get to work for 3 days - and had my husband call down to the office and let Jodi and Mary know about it.

Guess what, when I came home from work that day - they had filled the "ocean" hole in with a cold patch. Give it a few months and it will be back. Still haven't seen a payment for the damage to my car. Go figure. Tight wads - money hungry - I could go on and on.

Last winter, I was without water 8 times. Once for over 48 hours. That time is was at my home. The people that came to fix it said they couldn't come do it because Asset still owed them money for the last call. I called the office and left a message on Kristen's phone - told her that it had better get fixed or I was calliing the state. They were on it the next day.

The plowing in the winter - what plowing? Last winter was better then the last few. At least I could get out to the highway.

Now you have to have a parking permit for your car. Isn't that a crock of ****. They raise the lot rent every year but do nothing for you. When I ask "Jodi" at the park office - she says they don't have enough money to fix them. I told her that if they would stop buying trailers to put in here (THAT HAVEN'T SOLD) they would have money to fix the shitty roads and the playgrounds. (what's left of them)

There are so many empty homes here - it isn't funny. I wouldn't recomend this park or any park that they own to anyone. All they are, #^*!/?> I won't say it.

My lot rent is more then my house and car payment combined. That's bad.

The roads in this park are terrible. I hit a pot hole and it broke the tie rods on my car. I filed a claim with "Mary" at the site office. She wanted witnesses, police report, etc. She had the gaul to ask me if I had proof that it happened in Rockvale. Hell, the pothole was big enough to swim in and the only reason I hit it was the car coming at me wouldn't move. This happened in April - still nothing. They want more money from you every year but won't give it up for crap. I had to use my sons car to get to work for 3 days - and had my husband call down to the office and let Jodi and Mary know about it.

Guess what, when I came home from work that day - they had filled the "ocean" hole in with a cold patch. Give it a few months and it will be back. Still haven't seen a payment for the damage to my car. Go figure. Tight wads - money hungry - I could go on and on.

Last winter, I was without water 8 times. Once for over 48 hours. That time is was at my home. The people that came to fix it said they couldn't come do it because Asset still owed them money for the last call. I called the office and left a message on Kristen's phone - told her that it had better get fixed or I was calliing the state. They were on it the next day.

The plowing in the winter - what plowing? Last winter was better then the last few. At least I could get out to the highway.

Now you have to have a parking permit for your car. Isn't that a crock of ****. They raise the lot rent every year but do nothing for you. When I ask "Jodi" at the park office - she says they don't have enough money to fix them. I told her that if they would stop buying trailers to put in here (THAT HAVEN'T SOLD) they would have money to fix the shitty roads and the playgrounds. (what's left of them)

There are so many empty homes here - it isn't funny. I wouldn't recomend this park or any park that they own to anyone. All they are, #^*!/?> I won't say it.

My lot rent is more then my house and car payment combined. That's bad.

The roads in this park (Eden) need serious attention. For what we pay for lot rent there is so little for the kids and what is here is not kept up and in poor condition. I wish we had more community/family minded management. I've dealt with Kristen in the past and she is a piece of work. I understand she has a job to do, but she could certainly show some empathy, especially to those who are not chronically late with their lot rent. I would move, but there are soooo many mobile homes empty and for sale here already I don't think we stand a chance of selling.

i spent a short time with a friend while i was there, there was no garbage pick up. he said the rent keeps going up and nothing to show for it. it is not the managers fault, he is in the middle. the way it looks to me is they want your money but don't do any thing to justify the raise in rent. i had thought about purchasing a home there but quickly changed my mind. after reading other reviews it is satisfying to know that this community is not the only one that is suffering at the hands of the money hungry and rude people at this company. This kristin must be a real piece of work. Quit threatening the residents. there has to be a heart in there somewhere. oh by the way will the water be shut off next.

If you want to be treated like a worthless piece of trash, give them a call and talk to Kristyn. She has absolutely no empathy for you as a person. All they want is what they can squeeze out of you. They should all be caring rifles because we are all prisoners here. They keep raising the lot rents each year, making it more difficult to get rid of your home. I have been here 9 years and have NEVER missed a payment. I have had some unexpected finacial problems this month and asked if I could pay my rent a couple weeks late. She said yes but you will be assessed a $40 late charge. I mentioned that I am really have a tough time right now and the extra $40 would really hurt me now. She could have cared less. She said that is the policy and thats the way it is. I never wish bad on anyone, but this B**** needs to have some real problem in her life and see how it feels. I can't wait to get the h*** out of here and I will not look back.
