I think the store is great and big but with the size of the store you would think that there would be more registers open for quicker service. This would improve the function of the store and move people through the store more efficiently. The prices are a little bit high but considering that this is a charitable organization I will pay the higher price but please consider putting more registers on and making this one more improvement for the store.

A very nicely arranged store making shopping a pleasure. Prices seem a bit high on many items though. Items such as dirty purses, some decorating items & the items they put behind the counter in the rear are sometimes ridiculously priced. One can sometimes buy the same item BRAND NEW at stores for much less. The clothes are tastefully displayed and organized as well as the decorating items. The restroom situation needs much improvement. If a shopper is spending a great deal of time and money, I think the convenience of a restroom is a must. My husband and I came to this location for the grand opening which was a total madhouse, one wishes the rude people would just stay at home., my husband needed to use the restroom and was told by one of the staff that no restroom was available. He was very annoyed and left the facility to go to another local business. With such a large modern facility, I think public restrooms are a MUST. Follow suit to what the Rochester Hills location offers. In closing, a large number of my friends and I feel that a grand opening of a store should not be exempt from participating in the normal sales that are offered each week. After all, what keeps stores like this in an abundance of merchandise??? People should be able to take advantage of sales at ALL locations at ALL times. Overall, a nice store, but prices are a bit high on some items.

We live just minutes away from the Salvation Army thrift store, and go there often to drop off donations or simply browse. Many books, toys, pet items, and household items have found their way home with us, to be put to good use. This thrift store is well organized, reasonably clean, and somewhat reasonably priced. The staff is typically polite and friendly, and workers are on hand to help load and unload heavy items. Making a donation? They make it easy for you, and paperwork is readily available for your tax deductions.

A good place to poke around - check it out next time you're in the area!

PROS: Good location, nice items, friendly staff
CONS: Some prices are a little steep; it depends on what you're looking for
