Had great service on my 55 inch T.V. Done in 4 days. Cost was reasonable and well worth repair! They looked at another set for me at no charge and will bring that one in myself to save money! Thanks again, Diane

Just wanted to thank you for great service!
Estimate cost was low.
My 50 inch LCD did not come on, they had it repaired in 3 days! The cost was 1/5 of a new one!
Thanks again, Debbie

Had the Munster electronics man come to our house to see what was wrong with our tv. We had some white fuzziness on our LCD HDTV. He came out for $50.00 and told us what was wrong with it and that it would take 1 week to fix the problem. We decided to take it in and they had it over 2 weeks. We had to keep calling them to see what was going on with it because they wouldn't keep us updated on the repair. Well, after more than 2 weeks without our tv and $120.00 more in repair costs, we have it back and see the same problem with it. There is no decrease in fuzziness at all. It looks like they just took our money and didn't do anything with it AT ALL!!! So upset, will be asking for my money back. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I took my stereo receiver in after a lightning strike and power surge damaged the receiver. I paid the owner $40 for an assessment and estimate of repair. \r\n After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called the owner. He informed me that the receiver had extensive electrical damage caused by lightning, and gave me an estimate of $400 to repair. I already knew this, and requested that he let me know what parts needed replacing and how much labor would be. He refused to share this information, repeating it would be $400 to repair. \r\n I explained to the owner of Munster electronics that when I had trouble with my computer, I took to a repair shop(Computer Doc in Homewood, IL) and paid $35 for an assessment. They told me everything that was wrong and told me the parts that needed replacing, and gave me an estimate of repair.\r\n This Munster elec guy repeated that he does not do this. I explained to the owner that I had no proof that he had done anything, other than repeat the fact that I told him when I brought to him, ""it had extensive electrical damage caused by lightning."" \r\n I looked around the store and noticed that his store was filled with used electronics that he had repaired and was reselling. I realized why he requested $400 for the repair of a receiver that I purchased new for $725 almost 7 years earlier. ITS A SCAM. He hoped I would say its too expensive to repair and ""junk it at his shop"", so that he could repair it, for much less than $400, I'm sure, and resell it for $350-$400. \r\n This guy has a lucrative scam operation, though small scale. Avoid him at all cost. \r\n HINT: get everything in writing and make sure you request a written assessment of what was tested and what parts need replacing BEFORE you hand them any money or sign anything. Remember oral promises are nothing more than lip service, and this MUNSTER ELECTRONICS is proof of this. AVOID MUNSTER ELECTRONICS AT ALL COST.

I went into Munster Appliance to get an estimate on my dryer. I told them them the door didn't shut properly. The store the was organized and clean. They sent a man out to my house to see the problem. They charged me 15.00 to come to the house. The 15.00 would be applied to my bill, if I needed it fixed. They came and they found out the problem, they was a rock stuck in the door. Usually they keep the 15.00 but they gave it back. I thought that was very nice of them. I would recommend this service to others
