Fun, friendly, well-managed and locally-owned business. Staff is super-friendly, will treat your dog as their own. DIY tubs and dryers that are easy to use, and the staff will walk you through everything. If your dog needs more intense grooming or you'd rather not wash them yourself, the professional groomers there are great.
All services are really reasonably priced, and the location is great - right across from Fresh Pond - so you can walk your dug on a muddy day and then just cross the street to clean them up.

This service should've been available years ago! It's a great resource and they are well-run. It's self-service so you get a lot of choices of shampoos, etc. You can schedule grooming by professionals if you like. Locally owned.

Laundromutt is where I always took my little terrier whenever he needed a good thorough cleaning or just a refreshing bath (and whenever I needed a break from the smell of whatever he had managed to pick up!) The do-it-yourself centers were easy and affordable, and the full service grooming was excellent. The dog handlers were always kind and gentle and arriving on short notice was never a problem.

The worst thing about washing my dog is having to clean the bathroom once we are done. I hate paying to take him to the groomers, due to the expense I tend to get him groomed only twice a year. The Laundromutt is a great place to take the dog and I use their tubs and cleaning tables to wash the dog myself. They have everything right there - including dryers to make sure he goes home nice and dry.

I find the environment to be very social and I enjoy chatting with other dog owners as we wait for a cleaning station. The location is a bit tough - parking is a problem. But if you live in the area it is a great walking spot since it is across the street from a river park.
