The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and they genuinely care about all animals. I believe they have even helped animals for free or they have at least made efforts to raise money for costly operations for stray animals that are brought in. From my experience, the clinic is especially good for cats and small mammals, but I have seen many dog owners in there as well. They are also very willing to help with referrals to specialists if needed, etc. The clinic itself is very very clean and cheerful and its a fairly large space compared to some vet clinics I have been to. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The prices per visit are also fairly reasonable. I think its the best in Cleveland.
