I can only say from experience, Demo's is a very good place to eat and take friends for a get together.

It's not some soak you for candle-light and linen table cloths restaurant, you don't have the matredee running to light up your smoke

As I read the other reviews; I don't know what was going on in the heads of some people. There are some people that will NEVER be satisfied no matter what you feed them or how well you serve them.
We call these people, CRYBABIES !!!

I travel weekly out of state...the only 2 things I regret when I board my Delta flight(finest airline by the way) is that I leave my family and there won't be a Demo's to eat at when I work during the week...I wished they were all over the country...its the finest "normal" eating experiance one could have..I'm always leary about eating weekly...so I have no choice but to eat at Olive Garden,Red Lobster or Craker Barrel when I'm out...I at least have a leg to stand on if somthing goes wrong with the meal....if you are traveling to middle Tennesse...Demo's is the finest dining experiance one could have for a family resturant...THANKS DEMO"S !

I have eaten at Demos twice, both times the food was not that great. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Their prices aren't bad, but you are better off going somewhere else.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this local restaurant chain. I have dined at all locations and find the quality of the food compared to the prices beyond reproach. While the service at the Murfreesboro and Downtown locations is the best I have personally ever experienced at a mid-level/ family dining restaurant, all of the locations set the standard in service that all other establishments should be striving for. Lunch specials through the week are amazing, most people being able to dine for less than $7. The in house ranch dressing is to die for turning a plain salad of greens into a fabulous experience. I highly recommend everyone to give Demos' a try!

Well, in a nutshell, the food is terrible. We walk in the door surprisingly referred by someone that it was good Italian. So we are seated right away. Waiter comes to table (young kid) who recommends some roast of some sort. We actually came for pizza. No worries, they don't have it. As I said, I went for Italian. Knowing the owners are of greek descent I expect good food. I order the lasagna, side salad, and side of spinach. My fiance orders blackened chicken pasta. Let's see, salad comes, lettuce only and a few bits of carrot. Not really a salad in my mind. Where is the tomato, cuke, onion, olive, something? Dressing is okay. We got the greek, no spices in it which is fine but the waiter informs us we need to add cheese to make it taste better. Entrees come, Well first of all, I've never seen a pasta dish served on a plate, and with egg noodles! My fiance says the chicken tasted good. I can't get past the look. Then I look at my Lasagna. Where else can you get a lasagna under 1 inch thick. I mean seriously, there was one layer of noodle, some crumbled sausage, and a layer of mozzerella on top. The side of spinach tasted like frozen spinach put in a microwave and then dump some oil over the top of it. No salt, pepper, garlic... yuck. I will say the tast of the lasagna was edible at least, just no flavor at all. The menu has greek night, mexican night, and some other cuisine. Sorry but, none of which I think will be worth a visit back. Yes, it is inexpensive and nice and clean on the inside. But- if you are actually there for good food, don't bother.

Pros: nice on the inside and clean

Cons: terrible food, and must pay a cashier

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Demos. The atomosphere makes you feel as if you are dining in a much more expensive restaurant. The staff was friendly and the food good. Prices were great. We highly recommend.

My friend & I were driving around trying to find someplace to eat and we found Demos. We decided to give it a try. Wowee is all I can say. The service was similar to a 4 or 5 star restaurant, but the atmosphere is relaxed. You could take a date here or celebrate an anniversary, but you would not feel out of place wearing jeans either. The prices were fantastic. When we could not decide on a sauce for the spaghetti, the waitress brought out some samples. All were very good except the clam sauce, but I don't like seafood much with pasta. The steaks were the best! Juicy, tasty and cooked right. Desserts not the best but maybe because we were full. Bread is great and the soup (chicken and rice) tastes homemade but without disgusting carrots in them.

Ive eaten here twice. The first time I had some chicken dish with a side of Greek pasta. Really nothing special. My wife had the Seafood Pasta Salad it was like that Pasta Salad stuff that comes in a box, not the one with the orange powder, the fancier one, that you chill and put mayonaise in. It was supposed to have Shrimp and Crabmeat what a suprise to find out that no actual crabs were harmed in the making of my wifes dish!

Why is it cheap Chinese Buffets can offer 'Endless Crab Legs' but the 'Best Restaurant in Nashville 11 years in a Row!' cant put Real Crab Meat in a dish advertised in the Menu as having Crab Meat in it?

The next time I ate at Demos' my sister in law was visiting with her fiance. Theyre young, not rich, and were driving around Tennessee and Kentucky for a week on vacation. My wife and I figured we would give Demos' another try. The Decor is nice, its Nashvilles '#1 Restaurant 11 Years in a Row!', its not expensive, and family is in town. Perhaps something was off the first time, we decided to give Demos' a 2nd chance.

My steak was thin, dry, overcooked and tasteless, my wifes Greek Chicken with pasta was too salty. My sister in laws fiance ordered the Seafood Fettuccine. In a little while he was served some pasta with a few shrimp and ...(yep... we forgot all about it...) Immitation KRAB!!!! Is real Crab too much to ask for in a dish advertised as 'A taste tempting combination of shrimp and a crab meat blend with a rich Alfredo sauce and fettuccine noodles.' Is it just a typo? Is the last letter really a 'B' and not a 'P'?

Its like $7.99 all you can eat buffet food, but $5 so you save $2.99. They give you $4 worth of food, keep .25 cents profit, and put .75 cents into the decorating budget.

Pros: Clean, Decor, Service

Cons: The main reason to go to a Restaurant- The Food!

Demos is a local chain with 4 other area locations. The Hendersonville location is the newest to join the family.Food here is American/Italian and has something for everyone. The Club Steak is an incredible bargain boasting Tenderloin Quality for under $10. Other choices include a variety of Pastas and even allow you to substitute Spaghetti for your side item with any meal, a great way to try all of their sauces.Kids Meal and a large Non-Smoking Area make this a wonderful choice for families to dine together. Give them a try!

PROS: Reasonable Prices
CONS: Service can be less than stellar
