Ivy Trace Greencastle

I wish there were words to express how wonderful it has been to find Ivy Trace for Mother.

If I could have designed my own place for her, I could not have come up with a better plan. As soon as we walked through the doors, we sensed the loving, caring kindness of the staff. The residents were in the main area visiting with the staff and each other, (unlike our visit to a competitor where people all seemed to stay in their own rooms). My mother tends to be a little shy by nature, but immediately took a liking to everybody she met there and has enjoyed getting to know them.

Each resident has shelves outside their room that they can personalize to make it uniquely reflect their personality.

After moving there, Mother has had a total attitude change (from despair and wondering what purpose she still had - to being happy again).

My Mother has been there a month, now and loves it better every day. And every day, we are happier than ever that we found this place. I think in any other facility, Mother would have withdrawn more and more, but here she has truly felt loved and appreciated for herself.

The personal care and envelopment into thier "family" is above
any place I have visited. My Father-In-Law's quality of life is
so improved. Even he didn't believe he would be this content and
happy ever again.

I am complete satisfied, they are everything the claimed to be.
