Installation went well but service after the fact is terrible. Long waits or you are just completely ignored.

2 years ago Huff N Puff replaced 12 windows in my house and did a great job. They were very professional and the windows made our house a lot warmer. Last month they installed new gutters and Gutter Helmets on my house. So far, so good - . They look so good on our house, our neighbor even asked if we had a new roof put on. The installers showed up on time and were professional. We're looking forward to my husband not having to climb the ladder this fall!!

as far as i know these people are the no.1 in window replacement in the capital district.these people have 33 yrs experience and do a very good job.once they do it then you dont have any problrms with the wiindows later.they have a free in home estimate .they have their own factory trained installers and not contractors.i replaced my windows recently and asked them if they had some kind of promotion going on,they gave me a $150 gas card.
