I would NEVER buy anything from this store! I was looking for a diamond for my 25th wedding anniversary. I went into their store twice & basically got ignored both times. Once I was the only customer in the store so they weren't too busy. Just very rude! A salesman helped me for a couple of minutes then told me to come back with my husband. I did not understand why he made that remark but I dismissed it thinking nothing of it. I did take my husband back. This time Boaz Ramon helped us immediately. He mentioned that I brought my husband back and now we could do business. I could not believe my ears! I asked him if he remembered me & he said, "Yes". I asked him point blank, "Did you not help me before because my husband was not with me?" He said, yes, men make the purchases. WHAT?! I informed him that in this day & age, women make purchases every day without a man. If he did not service women, especially in a jewelry store, he was losing a lot of sales. He disagreed & said he knew that men buy not women. DONE! I went to another jewelry store in town. Received superior customer service and bought my 3.25 D diamond. Then, I had a ring designed. I love it. This store lost big $$$ due to their poor treatment and respect of women. I would not buy from them on principal alone. I also did my homework before buying my diamond. I do not trust their diamonds & their claims at all. I also thought if they treat me this way before the sale, how would they treat me after the sale?

This past Tuesday a young man took his bride as a wife, with a special ring, a ring that would forever connect them, for the many years to come. A ring that signifies their commitment to each other.

My husband and I shopped together this year for my anniversary gift. Even though we've been married for many years, this is the first time we have shopped for jewelry together! From the moment we walked through the doors at Genesis, I was blown away by the service, professionalism and quality for the price. I did do some "pre-shopping" at other stores before visiting Genesis...but DON'T waste your time going anywhere else. (NO other store has even CLOSE to the selection as Genesis.) The radio ads are 100% true. Genesis has the best prices, styles and the most beautiful diamonds! I love my new ring!

My husband and I visited Genesis Diamonds in August. We had looked around at various stores and we just couldn't find what I wanted. All the salespeople sounded like insurance salespeople. They were just a little too pushy.

We went into Genesis Diamonds on a Saturday. It was something to see. They were so busy. A salesperson there approached us. His name was Tim. What a nice guy! Not pushy at all. He said his only job was to tell us about Genesis Diamonds and find EXACTLY what I wanted.

Well their prices are amazing. Trust me, I looked around. A lot! Genesis beats other jewelers on price not by a small %, but big time.

We found the ring I had wanted but couldn't find anywhere else. It was a wider band made by Simon G! It is beautiful and I was in love the second I tried it on!

I have been to alot of jewelry store over the years and moving from a big city to Nashville, the only jewelers I found in Nashville was "chains stores". That was until I found Genesis Diamonds. WOW- was I impressed. They had the largest selection of diamonds I have ever seen and they said the worked with 52 designers. The fact they would "build" me a ring to my liking got me excited. My custom made diamond ring for Jackie and at a price that was almost 1/2 what I found at the chain store. I know where I will buy the rest of my jewelry for Jackie from.

HI! Earlier this month I purchased an engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiance' at Genesis Diamonds in Cool Springs. I was very nervous but did pretty much know the style she wanted, which was a Tacori style. As Genesis is a Tacori dealer and I had heard their commercials on the radio, went in to pick out the ring. A gentleman named Darren helped me. He helped me find the exact Tacori ring I was looking for and gave me a very good diamond education. I had visited a few other stores in Nashville but nobody made this process so easy to understand as Darren did. I was also able to get a much better diamond than I thought originally. I have been looking for diamond tennis bracelets for a couple months to give my wife for the holidays. Everyone in the area has heard the advertisements on the radio so I visited Genesis last, just to see if what they say is true. I was so impressed with their store, staff and the overall experience. When buying a diamond, try to educate yourself by going to several different jewelers and reading as much as possible online and on message boards. Try to get non-biased information so you can a see through the nonsense. Before going to Genesis I considered myself educated and comfortable knowing exactly what I wanted and why. Their staff was very friendly initially and they had a large selection of diamonds at very competitive prices. I knew what i wanted and why but that didnt stop them from trying to sell me and incorrectly cut diamond. The salesperson brought out a "flat" diamond and lied about it being perfectly cut. A diamond should roughly have a similar table, and overall depth measurement. Not always, but it should be close as this is what allows the diamond to reflect light properly to get that "bling" quality. Also, the culet should be a single point, not a square spatula shape. the long square spatula shape at the bottom makes the diamond look like a piece of glass from the top view. The The diamond they tried to push had a huge table with such a small overall depth it was like a wafer. Also, the culet was so long and flat that their was almost no reflection like a quality cut diamond. The diamond they tried to get me to buy was one of the worst cut diamonds I had come across in my search. Thats fine with me as long as they say, "hey, this isnt cut very well and doesnt bling great, but it looks much bigger than it is and its cheaper". They didnt say this. Instead, "this is such a beautiful cut, wow, you should put a deposit on this now! If Genesis was honest to me about this diamond, I still wouldnt have bought it because it was cut horribly, but they had other well cut diamonds and I probably would have bought from them. It was a full on lie right to my face and I really didnt appreciate it. Ive had used car dealers try to push the same type of dishonest stuff before. So please educate yourself, shop around, and know why stones are cut how and for what reasons.

I often like to splurge and treat myself to jewelry. I heard about Genesis from a couple of my friends and was delighted at the down to earth service I received. The minute I walked into the door I was spoiled, but not pressured! Love my new John Hardy pieces!!

My boyfriend sent me to pick out my engagement ring at Genesis after hearing all of their commercials on sports talk radio. To my suprise I was able to pick out the exact setting I saw online and get an even bigger diamond than I was originally thinking I would get! My experience at Genesis Diamonds as compared to any other jewelry store was amazing! I did not feel pressured and felt like the people there actually cared about what I wanted rather than what they wanted for me! They are not paid on commission and you can tell! Their selection of engagement rings and diamonds is by far the largest selection anywhere! I was blown away! I found the perfect ring for my budget and got more for my money than I could get anywhere else! Everytime I get in my car I hear a Genesis Diamonds commercial on the radio. My girlfriend and I decided that we would stop by after lunch this past Saturday. Upon walking in the door we were greeted by a friendly sales associate and offered beverages. We were given the Genesis Diamonds "story" which was very interesting. We made our way around the store and ended up at the new John Hardy collection cases. So many beautiful pieces for sale! My girlfriend couldn't decide what peice she liked the best. After great service from our sales associate, we bought some John Hardy bamboo bangles, which were hand made in Bali! I reccomend Genesis to anyone who is looking for a great gift, at a great price that will last a lifetime!

I visited Genesis Diamonds looking for diamond earrings. I checked out the internet and a few local jewelers. Looking for the best deal but I also have a life. The information I got from Genesis was extremely useful. At Genesis, I was indeed able to get 1 1/2 carat studs for less than 1 ct earrings I saw elsewhere! The quality is also better as I did not have to settle for stones with more inclusions than clear sections. Seriously I thought they were kidding when I asked about the prices on these earrings. I would definately recommend Genesis as the quality was noticeable better and the prices were great!

After flipping through the Nashville Scene's "Best of Nashville" issue I came across Genesis Diamonds. I was in the market for a 25 year anniversary gift for my wife and decided to make the trip out to their Green Hills location. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a friendly sales associate. I told her what I was looking for and how special it needs to be. The sales lady took me over to the Simon G collection and I knew right then I would leave with a gift that day. I was shown many different styles but went with a 18carat white gold/yellow gold diamond band from their "Express Your Love" collection. I purchased on the spot and am extremely pleased with my purchase as well as the Genesis Diamonds experience. I will definetly be heading there for their trunk show at the end of October to pick up some Christmas gifts. HIGHLY recommend!

I was in the Green Hills Genesis Diamonds on Wednesday this past week. I was doing some early Christmas shopping for my wife. I haven't shopped for jewelry since I purchased her engagement ring 15 years ago, and WOW! The experience was nothing like what I remember. I was greated immediately and offered a soda and told a sales associate would be with me shortly. I looked around at there HUGE selection for a few minutes then I was introduced to Heather. I quickly learned anout Genesis and why they are so busy (even on a Wednesday afternoon). She asked me a few questions about my wife and the reason for my visit. Then she began to show me a few things. I had narrowed it down to a necklace and a bracelet then a man came over and introduced himself. I recognized his voice it was the owner Boaz Ramon he was very helpful and it was great to see the owner actually in his own store working. I decided on a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet, hoping this was the right decision for my wife, but they assured me that if she did not abosultely love it they would exchange or return the item. WOW!!! that is all I have to say. This is not at all been my experience elsewhere.

Last month my wife and I came to Nashville for our vacation. I heard "too many" commercials on the radio about your stores and of course, my wife had to know what that 20% off deal was all about. My wife has been wanting a new ring for a few years and I finally broke down. So on the Thursday before we were heading back home I took my wife to Genesis Diamonds to look for our 43rd wedding anniversary. Green Hills, TN was the closest one to our hotel. We had an excellent overall experience, and by far, the most "down to earth" jewelery sales people my wife and I have come across in the 5 past months looking for her "perfect ring". We both felt it when we were greeted immediately, even when they were busy. We waited 8 minutes and to get started with her new adventure, again. Best 8 minute wait I had. WELL WORTH IT! In one hour, we walked out knowing what we bought and knowing the wholesale side of buying diamonds. Very informative and saved A LOT of money. I highly recommend Genesis to learn about diamonds . It was like 'show and tell' basically. 20K well spent! Thanks Rick and Stasia for a great time and a great deal! We now have another good reason to travel back to Nashville. I just want to start by saying: If you are planning on going to all of those other chain stores in Brentwood, don't waste your time! Genesis is the place I bought my fiance's engagement ring and now it is the only place I will ever buy jewelry from. I shopped at the Cool Springs location and was floored by how professional and incredible the customer service was. The young lady who helped me has been with the company for several years and was actually passionate about what she was selling me instead of reading from script like all the other places I went. Genesis Diamond's selection is way ahead of the competition and their prices are unbeatable. I recommend them to anyone shopping for an engagement ring, no matter what your budget is. THANKS GENESIS! I went into Genesis Diamonds looking for a diamond for my wife for our 10th anniversary. She has specific tastes in jewelry and while Genesis offers a mindboggling number of fancy designers, a classic solitaire fit our needs perfectly. After my initial experience at Genesis, my mind was made up. I learned more about diamonds and the buying process than hours of internet shopping. With David's help (David was the gentleman who helped me), I was able to select diamond size and quality far better than I anticipated. David never attempted the "salesperson" thing and upsell me. He as very, very knowledgeable and acted more like a doctor giving advice rather than "selling" me anything. The Genesis concept is very different but outshines anything else out there! I very much recommend stopping in!

I was looking for an engagement ring to give to my girlfriend and was about to cry. I hadn't been "jerked" around this much since I was shopping for a used car. In fact the chain stores all made me feel like I WAS shopping for a used car and the guy who said he was "MY FRIEND IN THE DIAMOND BUSINESS" was anything but a friend. In fact with friends like him who needs enemies. Needless to say I was a little skeptical about going into Genesis Diamonds but the experience was FANTASTIC!!!! My salesman's name was Robbie and he was the first person all day who actually talked WITH me not AT me. He explained to me, in terms I could understand, the difference in quality of diamonds. Needless to say I purchased there and could not be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone......

What I didn't know about diamonds, I learned at Genesis. Look, I'm a guy, what do I know about diamonds? Heather, the sales person working with me explained the differences between diamonds and even let me look at a few with a small magnifier.

After looking at a few I could not believe what I saw beneath the surface; something called a cloud and other stuff that looked like scratches, but were really imperfections in the stone. Wow, was I surprised.

It took me several trips to eventually settle on the one I bought which was a litle smaller than the one I wanted, but at least it didn't have any clouds. Heather was great and I even got to meet Boaz the owner who has quite an accent.

Went in with my husband to look for a semi mount to redo my wedding ring. Was actually interested in a specific designer which Melissa gladly showed me. When I didn't find what I was looking for, Melissa showed us some other options that would work for my diamond then introduced us to the owner, Boaz. Almost instantly, he looked at my diamond and selected the perfect setting to compliment it and my small hand. He did not try and sell us a more expensive setting than when we came in to look at - actually he didn't try to sell us anything (and the one he selected was half as much as the one I came in to look at!). He just offered his honest opinion and turned us back over to Melissa. Melissa was patient, kind and extremely helpful. I ordered the setting Boaz had picked and I know it is going beautiful. I had no intention of actually buying that night. I had just started looking. But having no pressure put on me made me comfortable to know I had already found exactly what I was looking for.

I recently made the decision to drop the big question to my girlfriend of 5 years. So where to begin; of course I needed the right diamond! I visited several places in Nashville to comparison shop; however that all ended when I went to Genesis Diamonds. I was greeted by Cassandra and explained to her what I ws looking for. After listening to my story Cassandra started working her magic and started providing options to meet my description of style and price range. After 2 hours of working the inventory we had come to a decsion on the ring. I could not believe how easy Cassandra made the process. I purchased th ring and I will be getting married in June 2011. WE CONTINUED TO LOOK AT SEVERAL PIECES AND I FOUND THIS AMAZING ANTIQUE LOOKING PIECE BY VERRAGIO. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN MY HUSBAND BROUGHT IT TO ME A FEW DAYS LATER... THEY MANAGED TO STILL SURPRISE ME EVEN AFTER I HAD PICKED IT OUT! THANK YOU GENESIS!!!

I had driven down to Nashville, TN from St. Louis for a business trip...I had some time to kill, so I went into the local Genesis Diamonds-WOW!!! I was blown away by the professionalism, unbelievable selection, low wholesale prices, lifetime warranties, and incredible customer service!! Why would anyone shop anywhere else for a diamond? I ended up looking at engagement rings and watches. I don't even have a girlfriend and I wanted to buy a diamond!!...(ask for Tony-He's Awesome!) I did end up purchasing an Omega Watch...it's the best investment I've made in awhile. I will only shop at Genesis diamonds from now on...Thanks again to Tony and everyone at Genesis Diamonds! I shall return!!

So, I had been to every jewelry store in middle TN looking for the best place to buy from. During my search, a few co-workers told me about Genesis Diamonds and highly recommended them. I went into the Cool Springs store during my lunch break and was amazed at their selection. They had every kind of style ring you could ask for. I told the sales lady what I have seen and told her I was losing hope I would find the right ring. She listened to me so well that the first ring she suggested was the exact ring I was describing! Wow, I was amazed! Next we looked for the diamond. She showed me at least 10 diamonds in my price range and we decided on the perfect one. I got a 1.17 princess cut for thousands less than anywhere else. The other stores could only show me 0.90 carat princess cuts for my budget. I got the perfect ring and a much bigger diamond than expected and it all fit so nicely into my budget. I am thrilled I was able to find the perfect ring, and all while on my lunch break! Thank you Genesis for exceeding my expectations!

I usually hate shopping. Especially going to the mall with my girlfriend. Now that we were looking for an engagement ring I just wanted her to go look, find and I'll buy. However she insisted I go with her to Genesis. Some of her friends had shopped there and were very pleased with the selection and prices. I must say the experience was better than I expected. Friendly, helpful and the salesperson was genuinely interested in helping us find the right ring for our occassion. They had more diamonds and mountings to choose from than anywhere I've ever been. At first it seemed like too much to choose from but my girlfriend quickly found a style she liked. We went to lunch to talk about things and decided it was time to make the purchase. After going back to the store we selected a diamond for the mounting and what I thought was going to be a marathon of looking at store after store it was done. Thank you Genesis for having the selection and prices that saved me from having to shop at dozens of stores.

I usually do not write reviews on companies but I have been really blown away recently by Genesis Diamonds. This is my second time around getting married, and I bought my first engagement ring from bluenile about seven years ago. A few of my friends also had done business through the web before.

The prices we had found on the web in the past have easily beaten the mark-up of any of the chain or local jewelers here in the past, but I had heard Genesis's radio ad so many times on how they have the lowest prices and even beat other wholesalers and the internet, so I decided to give them a chance.

Needless to say, this is the REAL DEAL! They had a prettier 3 carat cushion than the one I had found on the web, certified by GIA and it was several thousand dollars less. These guys are serious and they are friendly and knowledgable to go along with it.

My girlfriend loves Tacori and the guys at Genesis told me that they now have Tacori and will be getting the rings in their store in early October, but they still allowed her to pick her favorite engagement ring from Tacori and they are able to order it from them.

Great place! If you don't check out Genesis when you are shopping for a diamond its a mistake in my opinion. For whatever its worth!!

The moment I walked into Genesis Diamonds I was amazed by the wide selection of engagement rings and other jewelry. When I heard their commercials on the radio, I thought they were cheesy and not real. I finally decided to walk over to Genesis after I went into Pier One this past Saturday. I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist who immediately offered me a beverage and told me a sales representative would be with me shortly. As i was walking around I noticed that all the sales people were with customers and they all had a smile on their face. Genesis Diamonds even sales watches and pearls. I ended up looking at a fabulous Michele watch which was very reasonably priced. I would reccomend Genesis to anyone who is looking to get engaged or who is just browsing on a lazy Saturday.

A few of my girlfriends and I went into Genesis a few weeks ago to pick out some styles I might like. My boyfriend has been hinting to me to get ideas for a long time now so finally I went in and wow was I surprised. Genesis Diamonds has a huge selection, you would think it would be overwhelming but with the help of their very informative sales people I ended up getting some great ideas. The sales person took her time with me and really made me feel at ease. She wrote down some styles for me to pass along to my boyfriend. This weekend I was surprised with a gorgeous 3 carat cushion cut diamond in a Simon G setting. I could not be more pleased. The staff at Genesis has really made this very special for me. My fiancee and I went to a few places, including Genesis Diamonds, when shopping for her engagement ring. We had done a lot of research, but we still learned a great deal from Mr. Ramon. His honesty with us is the main reason we ended up buying from him, although the price and the quality of the ring we got were better than we expected as well. We spent a lot more time in the store than we expected, but the education we received was worth it. I definitely recommend stopping at Genesis Diamonds before going other places just for the education you'll receive.

THEY REMEMBER MOST OF THE PIECES MY WIFE HAS SO FAR AND WORK TO FIND THE NEXT SHOCKER FOR HER. THE SELECTION AT GENESIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PLACE. THEY OFFER DESIGNERS AND MATCHING PIECES OF JEWELRY FROM THE TOP DESIGNERS IN THE BUSINESS. WHEN I TELL ONE OF THEIR TEAM WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND, I HAVE NEVER BEEN PUSHED TO ANYTHING ELSE. MY WIFE IS ALWAYS SO HAPPY WITH HER JEWELRY AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE ATTENTION GENESIS DIAMONDS ALWAYS GIVES ME. OCCASIONALLY MY WIFE AND I SHOP TOGETHER IN VARIOUS CITIES AND WE DO LOOK AT JEWELRY SOMETIMES. SHE ALWAYS FROWNS AT OTHER JEWELERS SAYING THAT NOBODY HAS JEWELRY AS NICE AS HERS.
