I am 24 yr old woman. I have gone to dentist, but I stopped going due to bad experience's with a few previous. I have been nervous to get my teeth look at because I didn't want to get and fillings. My past dentist did not numb me and was very rough. I have alot of fillings to get now due to not going for a while. I've had 4 done already and also a front chipped tooth repaired. First of all, I am completely comfortable with my smile now because my tooth is even and natural looking, also I am over the jitters to get the rest of my fillings done. The dentist was very gentle and talked to me the whole time to try and keep my mind of the sound of the drill. If there were more stars to give I'd definitely put them up there. I am now telling my friends about her. Yes, it was that great!

The clinic is very small: receptionist, dentist, and technician. Consequently, all appointments are consecutive. Although we made our appts for the same time, it took an hour and a half for my husband and me to get our teeth cleaned.
I didn't feel that the dentist was truly interested in me as a patient - she didn't even read the dental history sheets I had filled out in the waiting room. She didn't notice my filling (which is a tip-of-the-hat to the dentist who put it in!). Also, she was EXTREMELY rough with the floss. I floss regularly, but I was flinching in pain and bleeding and swollen by the time she was done. She told me I needed to floss more. I will not be going back there.
Aesthetics: the waiting room was nice, but the rest of the clinic was on the shoddy side. The chair covers needed replacement, the wall-paint was full of drips and the floors were uneven.

PROS: Intimate setting
CONS: Not enough technicians, uninterested dentist
