If you are looking for a warm and welcoming dental office that isn't a drudgery to make your regular dental visits, then this is the place for you. The services are great and you are treated more like a family member, rather than a patient.

I was evaluated last week 04/22/10 and had a cleaning performed. I was happy with the cleaning and the dental hygenist educating me on a few different techniques I could use to ensure I am taking care of my teeth and gums. I was informed that I needed a few fillings so I had to make another appointment. I appreciated the way that they worked me into their schedule for Monday 04/26/10 b/c I had this day off and needed my fillings ASAP before they turned into something worse. Once I got there for my appointment I was seen in record time and the procedure went so smoothly that I fell asleep several times during it. I will return and have set up appointments for my children to go to this office. I appreciate you guys working with me and the caring atmosphere that made me feel like family so much that I can't do anything but say thank you. You will see me again Heavenly Images b/c you ladies are definately angels on earth.

I love Heavenly Images Dental !!! Every person I came in contact with at the office was polite and helpful. They were especially good with my 6 yr. old son. Dr.Harris and the dental hygienist understood that he was nervous so they handled him with lots of TLC ! I really like this dental office, it`s clean and well run, not to mention the excellant dental care !!

I was surprised! My past dental experiences have not been great, but this office was different! Upon entering the office I was greeted by a very friendly office manager that assured me the doctor would be with momentarily. She made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area and we talked briefly through the glass. Once in the dental chair my fears were calmed by the staff that asked several times if I was okay! After taking x-rays of my teeth and a thorough exam Dr. Harris informed me that I did not have any cavities. I did have beginning periodontal disease and I needed a cleaning! She also suggested changing the silver filings to white. They were so nice I agreed to a treatment plan that day! As of today I have completed the treatment plan and had my teeth whiten! It has all been better than I expected! I received the whole package; very little pain, friendly atmosphere and a wonderful staff. To top it off, they have payment options & nutritional supplements! Thanks Dr. Harris & Staff for making my visits heavenly and my image bright!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here in January 2010, and they told me I had 6 cavities and needed to pay $100 on top of my co-pay for what they called a "Level 2" cleaning. It was the dirtiest (i.e. dead cricket on the floor and old gross equipment) dental office I've ever been to. The dentist tried to compare my 'cleaning' to heart surgery, and told me if I didn't get the magic 'Level 2' cleaning for $100..a normal cleaning would be like giving me a new kidney instead of a new heart (worst analogy ever).

Today, 2/11/10, I went to Cool Springs Family Dentistry for a second opinion....NO CAVITIES and the cleaning cost $5. They told me my teeth looked great and to keep doing what I've been doing!

I am appalled by my HEAVENLY IMAGES EXPERIENCE!!

I had a terrible experience with this dentist, Dr. Harris. I have a pretty healthy record with the dentist, going every 6 months for a cleaning and check up, had years of orthodontia so I know how to care for my teeth, a couple cavities but nothing terrible. When I went for my first and ONLY appointment here, I was told that my teeth were in terrible condition, that I had FIVE cavities, and that I had to pay extra for a deep cleaning because I apparently don't ever brush my teeth. Considering they had already started the cleaning when they told me this, I felt obligated to continue; I wish I hadn't. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but I - a grown woman- CRIED sitting in that chair. The woman tore apart my gums. They were visibly swollen for a week. I have no idea what she did but I have never had a dentist treat me so terribly. She kept telling me that I took terrible care of my teeth and gums, that it was obvious that I had been to bad dentists in the past considering all of these cavities I apparently had, etc.

I refused to let her fill any of the cavities. I went to a different dentist, two weeks later, for a second opinion. By that time, TMJ had settled in my left jaw (I really have no idea if it is connected to my cleaning with that woman but it coincidentally appeared within days of this terrible cleaning and is still reoccuring). The second dentist told me I did not have five cavities- I did need an old one redone, which he did in 10 minutes with little to no discomfort. He told me that this woman was not looking at new cavities- she was going to charge me to redo all of my old silver fillings into white ones, on the premise that they were either bad or new cavities.

This woman is a joke. She was rude, painful, and tried to scam me into procedures that I did NOT NEED. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I am 24 yr old woman. I have gone to dentist, but I stopped going due to bad experience's with a few previous. I have been nervous to get my teeth look at because I didn't want to get and fillings. My past dentist did not numb me and was very rough. I have alot of fillings to get now due to not going for a while. I've had 4 done already and also a front chipped tooth repaired. First of all, I am completely comfortable with my smile now because my tooth is even and natural looking, also I am over the jitters to get the rest of my fillings done. The dentist was very gentle and talked to me the whole time to try and keep my mind of the sound of the drill. If there were more stars to give I'd definitely put them up there. I am now telling my friends about her. Yes, it was that great!

The clinic is very small: receptionist, dentist, and technician. Consequently, all appointments are consecutive. Although we made our appts for the same time, it took an hour and a half for my husband and me to get our teeth cleaned.
I didn't feel that the dentist was truly interested in me as a patient - she didn't even read the dental history sheets I had filled out in the waiting room. She didn't notice my filling (which is a tip-of-the-hat to the dentist who put it in!). Also, she was EXTREMELY rough with the floss. I floss regularly, but I was flinching in pain and bleeding and swollen by the time she was done. She told me I needed to floss more. I will not be going back there.
Aesthetics: the waiting room was nice, but the rest of the clinic was on the shoddy side. The chair covers needed replacement, the wall-paint was full of drips and the floors were uneven.

PROS: Intimate setting
CONS: Not enough technicians, uninterested dentist
