Griffin Brothers 3 D Airduct & Carpet Cleaning

I just wanted my carpets cleaned not guilted into paying extra for vacuuming. The cleaning was just like any other cleaner I have used before. I say find another cleaner that had not tied one on the night before.

I'm somewhat new to this blog thing but I feel it's my civic duty to let my community know that the younger Griffin brother showed up intoxicated at my residence.

I had to call my husband to come home and deal with him and his helper.

I'll call Stanly Steemer next time.

they wanted to charge me to vacuum the carpet?

so he did this vacuum thing to show me how much dirt was still in my carpet. I declined the extra charge. And he still vacuumed the carpet any way with out the extra charge. Sure glad I did not pay extra to have done what they did anyway for free.

the cleaning was ok at best not a bad job

Ok, I never do this, but this is a extraordinary case. I had to get my car seats cleaned after a pet accident. I called a local carpet cleaning wholesaler and asked for a referral. They gave me two, some guy in Fenton and the Griffin Bros. I called the first guy in Fenton and set up a time to meet with him, He never showed. I called the Griffin Bros. It was 7:30 at night and Mike answered. We set up a time and they showed up. Now to keep this short, they tried a regular cleaning, it didn't work, they came out a 2nd time and tried a different product and that didn't work, they came back a 3rd time and tried something totally new and it worked. 3 trips, no extra charge. BTW they came to my work to do all of this. So a couple of months later we were having work down in our house and the contractor left a big mess on the carpets, paint, drywall dust and more. I called them and said 'Help' they came out on a Sunday, spent 4 hours cleaning everything and the ducts. Their equipment is top of the line and these guys have my Highest Recommendation for value, service and attitude. If you do not use, them it is your loss!

I used this company twice in the past year. The first time, we got the Griffin Brothers, and they did a fantastic job. The second time was an employee. He did a decent job...no complaints, just wasn't as thorough as the brothers. Still, I would use this team again.

Have allergys, when was the last time your heat air ducts was cleaned. What your carpets and furniture looking great for the holidays. Then call this place they will give you a free estimate and satisfation is guaranteed. So give them a try. Also gift certificates surprises a friend or relative with a gift they will be happy to get.
