I have taken many pieces of jewelry into this store for sizing, replacement of stones, etc. These people are the greatest I have seen in a while. Their prices are reasonable, and their work is great, they have my pieces ready in no time and I have never had a problem with any work they have done. I am very glad that I found them. I will always trust them with my jewelry and continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

I took my engagement ring to them to have it resized. After I got it back I went and bought a wedding band to match it. My engagement ring still felt a litte tight so I took both rings to a different jewelry repair shop to have them resized. I found out that I paid Touch of class, who had my ring for a week, to resize my ring that they never did. I dropped my ring off with TOC as a size 7 and is still currently a size 7, but at least they got my money!

I took my ring into touch of class in the mall. I had them to appraise and size my ring. Wow I dropped it off in the evening time the next day my ring was ready. The store was very clean and organized. I think they were a little high on their jewelry. As I walked in a nice lady asked me if I needed help right away. They specialize in jewelry. They did a great job on my ring. It was way prettier than when I bought the ring for the first time. I really like the people here they were very professional and kind. I would recommend them if your getting your ring sized they do it over nite. Yes it is a bit costly but it was worth it to me.

I recently brought in two loose stones to be set into earrings for my wife. On Christmas morning she opens the box and tries them on. The stone fell out of one while she was closing the clasp. while she was putting the other one back in the box, that stone fell out.So I take the earrings back for a refund, and the woman working there starts yelling obscenities at me and calling me a liar. I am still fighting to get my refund. So, the moral of the story is, if don't like being ripped off and then abused by a retailer, steer clear of this "jeweler."
