Alouidor Reginald Md - Baystate Surgical Assoc

Baystate Medical Center is a busy place. Their ICU is one of the best and the staff there are exceptional. The care and compassion we received was amazing. The ER staff work hard. The chaplain service was a great comfort.

I'm a nurse and work at Baystate. I see the inside goings on, and from all that I know working there, I would recommend this hospital for my friends and family and feel comfortable bringing them there. They have state of the art , up to date medical diagnostics and care!!

Baystate Medical Center has the best care in the greater Springfield area. They have several specialists on staff. Staff is helpful and courteous. The only drawback is the ER. You can sometimes have a very long wait. Hospital is very busy.

I recently went to Baystate with a family member. This was the first time we had ever been there. We went through the Emergency Department and also were admitted. The care that the ER staff gave was great. Then up on the floor the nurses were wonderful. This was an exceptional experience

I recently went their for some testing. The staff was great and they made the very long day seem short. They made my stay very comfortable and gave me breaks when I needed them. It could have been a very bad day but they made it easier.

It's has the best nicu, and birthing center . also it has the best care for children that need the service

I recently had my first visit for a procedure at Baystate. I was very pleased with the staff. They were very nice, explained everything they were doing and why to me as we went along. They were very clean and cheery in the two rooms I had to be in. Very pleasant experience
