Went here to shop for stones for an engagement ring. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Carlee, Heather and Fahmina were outstanding and went out of their way repeatedly to help educate me on the process as well as to ensure that I was happy with the ring and the stones we'd selected.

Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for diamonds - they do great work!

I was looking for the perfect engagement ring and heard about Diamonds Chicago. I went in to the store knowing what I wanted and came out the same day with the perfect diamond, and setting. Excellent, friendly, and very knowledgable staff. I plan on going back to get the wedding rings. :-)

My fiance purchased my ring from Diamonds Chicago and I was very impressed with my ring! I loved the setting that was recommended to him as well as the loose diamond that he chose.

He said he had a great experience shopping for the diamond. They were helpful, explained everything and worked with his budget.

I did alot and I mean ALOT of research on diamonds before I started shopping for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Needless to say, I was still overwhelmed when I was actually looking around. I made an appointment at Diamonds Chicago. From the first moment, Heather made me feel comfortable by giving me an education in what to look for. Who knew that just because a diamond looks perfect on paper, it may not be exactly what you're looking for? Carlee was excellent and she worked with me to get the best price for the best stone. Going to Diamonds Chicago was a great experience all around. I bought my fianc??s engagement ring here last summer and just recently returned to purchase our wedding bands. During my two visits I have found their prices to be very competitive and their sales staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Even if the diamond you like is out of your price range, they will work hard to get the price down to what you are more willing to pay.

I highly recommend Diamonds Chicago. I guarantee that you will walk away knowing you got a great diamond for a very good price. I would never go anywhere else.

I was referred to Diamonds Chicago by my sister-in-law and my brother. I had previously purchased merchandise from the Jewelry stores in the mall and learned my lesson quick that they are over priced and the quality of the diamonds are not that good. The first time I visited Diamonds Chicago and sat with Carlee to purchase some diamonds studs. She really educated me on how to look at diamonds. She was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone in the market looking to purchase good quality diamonds to see Carlee at Diamond Chicago or any of her staff. They all are professional and will provide you with great education on diamonds.

Went to many diamond stores, but none came close to the excellent experience we had at Diamonds Chicago. I wish I would have found them sooner and not waste time anywhere else. We found exactly what we were looking for and they had many unique designs for settings. Carlee was very helpful at helping us choose the setting and diamond we wanted. They even taught us things I never thought I would even know or consider when buying a diamond. They were very accomadating and willing to go the extra mile for us. We are extremely satisfied and glad we made our purchase there. We will never go anywhere else except to Diamonds Chicago for future purchases.

Diamonds Chicago is located in the diamond district. With so many other diamond and ring stores in the vicinity, it can be overwhelming to decide who has the best deal, best quality, and best service. After spending months looking for the right place to purchase an engagement ring, I finally stumbled across Diamonds Chicago. There, Carlee took great care of us. With their huge selection of diamonds and settings, it was hard not to find the perfect ring! All of the staff there was great and made sure to educate us about purchasing a diamond so that we could make an informed decision.

After effortlessly finding the perfect engagement ring, my fiance and I thought Diamonds Chicago would be a good place to look for our wedding bands. Was it ever! With trays and trays of rings available, we again found the perfect rings. They were extremely flexible and understood that we had a budget. At Diamonds Chicago, they go above and beyond with their service and personal attention. Keep up the good work!

I came into Diamonds Chicago with an idea of what I wanted (4c's), i had no idea. I got a much better diamond than I expected at a good price. Heather was extremely helpful and made the experience painless. My finace got my engagement ring there with Carlee, and he was extremely satisfied with her knowledge, and she took the time to educate him on what to look for. We decided to go back there for our bands to see Carlee again. He was right, she was very knowledgable and helpful. The prices were outstanding as well! We would recommend any of our friends to go there as well.

Diamonds of Chicago is an awesome store. My fiance bought my engagement ring here and they spent several hours helping him pick it out. It is absolutely perfect. He looked at other wholesale stores and diamonds chicago had the best prices and diamonds. Most people don't even get to look at their stones separate from their setting.

We returned today to pick out our wedding bands and they were more than helpful. We are big researchers and compare pricing and they made no pressure to buy. They even gave me a free plating on my current engagement ring before I tried on wedding bands. The girls are truly trying to help you find a diamond that you want and in your price range. They do not pressure you to buy something more expensive.

I would recommend this store greatly!! Thanks ladies!

I found Diamonds Chicago on the Web after my prior jeweler at 5 South Wabash was no longer in business. I was looking for a right hand ring for my wife of 13 years. I came in with a picture of the ring my wife saw in a magazine and met with Carlee. Diamonds Chicago was able to design the ring exactly to the picture and locate the diamonds at a very competitive price. In my case the ring had a matched pair of Asscher cut diamonds that Carlee was able to locate in California. I would recommend to anyone to check out Diamonds Chicago first for great service at a very competitive price. Ask for Carlee.

The service at Diamonds Chicago is truly outstanding. I first wandered in randomly just as they were closing and the staff took the time to stay late to let me peruse the settings. I went back weeks later after checking out other jewelers and ended up spending an entire Saturday (5 hours!) learning more than I ever thought possible about the world of diamonds. I recommend this place to EVERYONE, but especially those new to buying diamonds or engagement rings. You'll get no pressure to buy, all the time you need to have your questions answered, and more knowledge than you even think possible. Carlee, Heather, and Ashley are all terrific and thanks to their personal service I will always fondly remember the momentous experience of buying my (soon to be) fiance's ring. 5 stars for SURE!
** Oh, and I was able to buy a much nicer diamond than I expected AND stay within my budget! **

I went to Diamonds Chicago not really knowing anything about diamonds or jewelery at all. I was in for a bit of a learning experience, but I have to say, it was great!! I learned a lot about what to look for in a diamond, and I know that I wasn't getting ripped off. I got a great deal on the diamond I picked, and way under budget. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience.

My fianc?e was VERY happy with the ring. We will definitely be going back for the wedding bands. I highly recommend Diamonds Chicago!

I made an appointment to check out the selection at Diamonds Chicago recently. I was starting to get a little worn out from all the loose stone shopping I'd done. I had been to stores in malls & other jewelry stores along jewelers row & just hadn't been satisfied with what I saw.

That all ended when I walked into Diamonds Chicago. From the moment I walked through the door I felt very comfortable and at ease. Lets face it, guys, this is kind of a nerve racking experience. We're trying to find the perfect diamond for our future wife without putting ourselves into debt for the rest of our lives.

I met with Carlee and she sat me down and went through everything. Sure, I knew about the 4 C's, but she explained in more detail about the grading systems used & what depth and table means. The biggest thing I learned is a diamond that looks good, or even perfect, on paper...may not look as good under a lens. She was very patient with me as I looked and never pushed me towards one diamond or another. Instead I was able to look at and study each stone and was able to decide if I was comfortable with whatever inclusions I might have seen.

In the end I walked out of the store with a gorgeous diamond that came in UNDER my budget...$2000 under.

My fianc?e and I initially stumbled across Diamonds Chicago while shopping for our wedding bands. We both instantaneously found exactly what we both were looking for. Carlee sat with us for a minimum of 90 minutes. She not only gave us an education on diamonds but she helped us "fine tune" our bands to make them extra special. The price was awesome and more importantly, we absolutely LOVE our rings. We both get compliments regularly.

Since then I have made several purchases from Diamonds Chicago including a custom ring. Carlee not only drew out a detailed sketch but transposed it into a 3-D image that we tweaked to perfection BEFORE the piece was made.

I have made numerous referrals to Diamonds Chicago and all have been nothing but extremely satisfied.

The parking in the area can be impossible but the valet parking makes the trip less hectic and the price is reasonable.

I would NEVER even consider going anywhere else and I look forward to visiting them in the near future.

My husband went to Diamonds Chicago on a whim because the shop that a friend had recommended in the same building happened to be closed that day. His diamond knowledge was very limited and he had a lot of questions. He learned a lot from the staff and was very impressed with the customer service and selection. He decided to buy my engagement ring from Diamonds Chicago after comparing to 2 other stores. He proposed to me with my dream diamond!
I unfortunately had my wedding band designed by a jeweler who was an old family friend and was disappointed with the way it turned out. I made a visit to Diamonds Chicago and worked with Carlee to create the exact ring I had wanted. She is very knowledgeable and even drafted a computer model to give me a realistic idea of how the band would turn out. I really appreciated her patience and I couldn?t be happier with how my engagement ring and wedding band look together on my finger.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from this location and was extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided to me. I was referred by a friend to the location. I was greeted by 3 very lovely and welcoming ladies. I immediately felt comfortable and very excited to make a purchase. I went through a very nice detailed explanation of diamonds and what to look for to match my taste and budget. I felt absolutely no pressure or rushed which allowed me to carefully select something I liked right then and there on my first visit. Each lovely lady gave me a great prespective on the pieces I took an interest to and did everything to help me make a decision. I got to see everything and anything that I felt was necessary. Great location in downtown chicago near 'L' stops and easy to find. I will definitely be returning for any future jewely purchases that I need to make. They also have great referal programs that will help you and your friends out. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the engagement ring market, you will get a very nice lesson on diamonds and great service, not to mention a warm welcoming from some of the most beautiful ladies you will ever meet. 10/10 for me! I really enjoyed working with Diamonds Chicago for purchasing a loose diamond for my semi mount engagement ring that I had for my girlfriend. I had researched alot online with websites and reading reviews on diamond forums. I thought I had known alot. When I came to Diamonds Chicago the whole staff working there was wonderful and friendly. I worked with Carlee. She gave me a great diamond education and explained things to me in such detail. She never pushed me into anything that I didn't want and kept me in my budget price range. I looked at lot of diamonds and had it narrowed down to two. Then she brought out one more to compare. She saved the best for last. That diamond was made for my ring. It fit perfectly and looks absolutely fabulous! Thank you Carlee! Your knowledge and expertise were awesome. I will definitely do business with you again for my wedding bands.

My husband bought my engagement ring here 2 years ago and I love my ring. I get tons of compliments on how beautiful the setting is. Last week was our anniversary and he surprised me with diamond earings. They are AMAZING! We love this jeweler, as they are very helpful and flexible with appointments. From the moment that I walked in the door of diamonds chicago I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The people were warm and friendly and very knowledgable. Their selection of settings is fantastic and they have so many that it was hard to choose! They showed me many diamonds withing my price range and found the perfect one for me. The prices are great and they can set the diamond same dayif you plan ahead and go in the morning. I would highly recommend this store and had a first rate experience.
