It is set up where you the customer are able to see cheese being made all the way through the process of making the cheese cake. It is a quaint place. They have tours of the factory if you would like and my parents shipped me one because they loved it so much. Let me tell you it is moist and it is so good. We went for a Senior Trip and toured the factory, saw the process for chessecake being made and then got to sample some afterwards. Not only was the cheesecake the best, the people were very friendly and answered all our questions. Do yourself a favor and stop by!!!!!!!!
