My parents went here on Friday <br />and rave about this cheesecake. It is set up where you the customer are able to see cheese being made all the way through <br />the process of making the cheese cake. It is a quaint place. They have tours of the factory if you would like and my parents shipped me one because they loved it so much. We went for a Senior Trip and toured the factory, saw the process for chessecake being made and then got to sample some afterwards.
