C Shore Appliance has terrible customer service

C-Shore took my broken microwave to fix.Wouldnt give receipt.Called 4x's before I could talk w/ them RE: what was taking so long.Kept for 17 days! BAD

I called this company and needed service that day and was not disappointed. The man that answered the phone was attentive, helpful, and offered me service the same day. He understood that it was an emergency. The technician showed up on time and fixed my stove. I am extremely grateful, it isn't easy to find service like this anymore.

On Time / Efficient / Extremely Professional

I recently have done business with C-Shore and have purchased used appliances in the past. My recent experience was excellent. I requested service for my ice maker, the person in the office was courteous and professional. The technician came to my house within the quoted timeframe and professionally and efficiently completed the job to my satisfaction.

Service cal RE: For My G.E washer under warranty

Never have I been treated so belligerently in my life. I called this establishment in the early a.m to confirm my app for Monday and did not even get a hello.I was treated to "I just came through the door and with out a work order we wont be coming over!" and we don't come to Maine on Mondays so "Don't expect us today!"I was treated to rudeness and negativity.(this company has an issue with G.E and they way they schedule service calls)As the associate exclaimed G.E does this "s**t" all the time? I called G.E customer service to report the infraction and the representative called C-Shore and was treated with the same disrespect and was hung up on?I took the day off for this and I didn't even know if they were coming. I waited an hour and called G.E and told them I would not speak with C-Shore again and could they please call and confirm the app which they did and said at 9:30 "they" were on the way."They" showed up at 11:30 in an unmarked white van with a man knocking on my door greeting me with "you got a problem with your washer?"I took him to the basement and I asked him who the rude man was I spoke with this morning and he said "that was me" but would not give me his name. This guy wanted to argue with me in my own home as to whether or not he was rude? I walked away and when he left he said smugly "Have a nice day"So I called C-Shore and asked the name of the Tech that had come to my house and was given his name,I asked for the name of the rude person I dealt with in the a.m and they were the same? They had the audacity to send this man to my home!I asked to speak with Michael Chandler(The proprietor of this business) and the female secretary informed me he was out and would not be in until Tuesday. I asked for his voice mail and was told it was for"private" use only and was not in service yet I was able to find his phone number on the web site in less then a minute and leave a message?I will NEVER deal with this company again and should trouble arise with my washer again I with not let G.E send anyone from C-Shore to my home!This is my review,opinion and experience and is not meant to slander the previously mentioned company in any way nor am I asking those reading to form any judgment in reading this!
