OK, I'm a New Yorker so I'm used to the one-hour wait in the doctor's office. But this one stretched to three hours, then they screwed up my insurance. When I called to correct it the woman SCREAMED at me for her mistake.

Cons: rude, arrogant, incompetent
Thieir billing office stalked us. My wife went for a mammogram that was totalled covered by insurance, she had a prescription, and presented her insurance card to double check that she was covered. The office, who called the insurance company to confirm beforehand, confirmed the appt. and then, months afterward, presented us with a huge bill, refused to submit it to the insurance company or give us a form to submit, threatened us, did not respond to e-mails, phone calls, or correspondence. Finally our insurance company called them to try and fix it (you know it's bad when the insurance company feels sorry for you and comes to your rescue.) No way would I trust them with medical information when each person was a screaming, incompetent, and rude.

Pros: location, nursing staff
Cons: incompetent front office, nasty billing
