Everything they said is true. They treat you as if you are getting free service but that's the standard in Chinatown.

This is the worst place I ever been. The front desk is rude especially the girl sitting by the elevator on 3rd floor. Made an appointment at 2 but didn't get seen till 6 pm. Tried to ask to speak to manager but she wasn't very plesant

I'm actually surprised at these comments. I took my grandmother here and they were so nice. My grandmother lives nearby and her doctor recommended this place because he says they are the best. She was very nervous at first and didn't

My doctor's office sent me here to get an MRI. They told me I did not need an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they required appointments. Not an issue. I work a few blocks away. They asked if I wanted an appointment later

This place looks new and clean, and it seems like a promising place. But some staff there is so so rude. First, my husband made an appt for me. They even wrote that down on the lab slip. When I called to confirm, they did not have me on the appt and did not apologize for the mistake at all. So, I made another appt. When I showed up for the appt, they could not see me b/c I drank the tea which I was not supposed to do and nobody informed me on the phone when I made the appt. She advised me to come the next day as a walk in. So I got up early and showed up. This time I got a even worse luck and ran into this horrendous staff. First, she was very upset that I came in as a walk in. She said that I had to wait. That I knew already and I was willing to do that. But the way she said it was so so rude. she was almost hollering at me. I did not go there to cause her trouble. Then she asked me to sign a few forms and again her voice was so rude and so rude. I missed one signature and she hollered at me again. Then I left. I did not want to waste my time at that place. I came back to my office and told my folks about it. They told me that the staff there is known to be rude. I don't know what's wrong with these people. They are in the health profession and they are there to serve the population, not act as a goddess. In China, working as a gatekeeper is powerful, but not here. In America, they are here to serve. How can the management hire people like that? Are they really blind to their staff's attitude towards patients? It's such a pity. The place is new but the front desk posseses the lowest standard patient care. I wished I had taken a pic of that staff and posted it to the management. She was working on the third floor and in the most outer waiting room. She is slim and has a short straight hair above the shoulder height. She was stationing on the most left spot. Her English was passable, not really fluent but not bad. She sounded like a Taishanese but i am not 100% sure. Very unfortunate for such a poor service.

Pros: new technology

Cons: rude front desk, really reallly rude!!!! Never go there

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND THE WAIT IS VERY LONG EVEN THOUGHT YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU STILL NEED TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 2 TO 3 HOURS. THAT IS THE WORSE RADIOLOGY I NEVER BEEN TO. STAFFS ARE VERY IMPOLITE AND RUDE. THEY ALWAYS GIVE PATIENTS ATTITUDE AND THEY YELL AT THE PATIENTS ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIOAL, ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST. THEY DON'T CONCENTRATE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE JUST FOOLING AROUND.
IF YOU REALLY NEED TO GO TO CP FOR AN EXAM, YOU REALLY NEED TO CONFIRM THE EXAM DATE AND TIME THE DAY BEFORE THE EXAM BECAUSE THEY MESS UP THE APPOINTMENT ALL THE TIME.

CP RADIOLOGY IS THE WORSE PLACE TO GET AN EXAM DONE.

They provide many different services: X-ray, sonogram, mammogram, CT and MRI. CP radiology owns a CT and a MRI machine. CT and MRI are not commonly found among other radiology facility, and CP radiology saves you a trip to the hospital. I made my appointment by phone and the receptionist was being very specific on what preparations should be done before my exam. On the day of my exam, it only took me 20 minutes to get in and get out of their building. The report of my examination was sent to my doctor on the third day from my examination. The facility is always crowded, but if you know what to do with your information then you can get in and out within the hour. Even if you do not know what examination your doctor ordered, you can just wait in line and their receptionist will do everything for you. Since their facility is located in Chinatown, their staffs are mostly fluent in Chinese. I found this facility very helpful.

Cons: Crowded, takes time if you need help from the staff

I hate this place! Even though the facility is new the people who work there are not. They carry the same attitude as their predecessor which was located on Bowery. Whenever my grandma had to go to get a xray or sonogram the girls that work there are extremely rude. First of all there are tons of people there. I don't mind waiting because it is usually the case even if an appt. was made. After 2 1/2 hrs I ask the front desk and inquire about how long it will be. I was scold by a girl who is half my age saying that I can not ask how long it will be because she doesn't know. This is not the first time I have a problem with the attitude of the girls that work there. I was so upset I decided to take my grandma to a different radiology. I believe that whenever I visit a doctor or a lab facility I am coming in for a service. I should not be treated like a beggar for health service. I pay for my medical benefits like many others. The worst thing is they also treat the seniors without respect. This particular radiology is located in Chinatown which provide service for majority of the non English speaking seniors. Instead of coming in and feeling comfortable being in a Chinese speaking environment they are treated like third class citizens. The front desk personnel thinks they are playing god of the appt. book. Patients have to take their rudeness because they are the one who guards the gate to the xrays . You expect them to act in a professional manner because they are wearing their white lab coat. However once you arrive in this radiology you are like a prisoner in a cage. I believe in making my own choices and I choose to be treated in a professional manner. I don't care if their equipments are new and high tec. I will take my business else where.
