I haven't had any problems with this store. I made my purchase with Tim. He quoted me a price on a waterbed and then honored it months later once I could afford it. Tim was not rude when we left the store the first time without making a purchase. I have recently spoken with Mike. He was also friendly and knowledgable. I have been pleased with both the service and the product that I have received from this location.

As promised, I am going to make my voice heard on the WWW. I made a special order purchase after price shopping for over a month. Furniture Now, like a lot of other furniture establishments, stated that they price match. Anyway, I decided to go with Furniture Now (FN) because they insisted they could get me my furniture faster since they ordered in bulk. I paid for the entire order in advance. Also, I ended up getting totally different furniture, which made my prior price shopping efforts useless. A few days after making the purchase I called another nearby store and asked for a quote over the phone. They quoted me $30 less. When I notified Mike at FN, he stated he had called this store a few days prior and the manager gave him a higher price. He accused me of shopping my invoice around...keep in mind I called the store, I did not go into the store with my sales order. Even if I did, FN has a cancellation policy that requires you forfeit 15% if you cancel. $30 was less than 15% of the entire order. That was the FIRST sign that I had made the wrong decision.
One-week past the promised delivery date (3-weeks), I called FN (as oppose to them calling me) to get the status. Mike stated that the furniture was on back-order but is scheduled to be released in another 3-week. He offered to give me free delivery and set-up. At this same time, my youngest son had gotten into something he shouldn't have and so I had to end the call. I call Mike back several days later to finish our conversation about the order. As oppose to cancelling the order at that time, I decided to take him up on his offer of free delivery and set-up. Guess what? Mike had no recollection of offering me free delivery. This would be the second time he has accused me of being dishonest. Sign number TWO that I had made the wrong decision.
Again, three weeks passed and I call them to get an update. This time they had half the order, but again, why did I have to call them. This should be a part of their job. Sign number THREE. At this point, it's been two months of accrued interest on the order I paid for in advance and still no furniture to show for it. I request that they give me my money back. Mike calls me back stating that they have decided to give me my money back but that I had come back into the store and give them the pink copy of the sales order. I complained that I not only wasted over two months of my life waiting for some furniture but that I had also had to pay interest to my credit card company and now waste gas going to store to get a reverse charge on my credit card. I requested that the owner give me a call. About five days later and no call from the owner, I decide to go into the store, afraid that they would be going out of business soon. I requested to talk to the owner. He came out and refused to listen to my complaints, stating "Look ...what do you want; you have gotten your money back." I left the store saying, the World Wide Web is a POWERFUL TOOL and that I planned to use it. All he had to do was keep his mouth closed and listen to my issues and that would have been the end of this. Instead I am going on every complaint web site, BBB, and creating a site describing my experience in this poorly managed store.
Lesson learned: I am now going to Google every business I deal with in hopes of finding examples of GREAT customer service before I decide to make a purchase. I realize this situation was mostly out of Furniture Now??s control, since they do not manufacture furniture. However, since they are the middle man, they need to own the process by keeping the customer informed at all times. Be proactive! Lastly, since Mike is obviously suffering from dementia, he should make notes of all conversations and before he ends a call, he should restate what had been agreed upon and what the next steps are. For those who aren??t in sales, this is what we call SALES 101. Therefore, everyone is on the same page, no misunderstandings, and no complaints. What happened to the customer is always RIGHT and treating customers with respect will lead to more & repeat business.

I am agreeing with the above review. I'll never buy any thing from this store again. I also had bad experience with them. We bought a living room set and after just a month, we found a major defect and the furniture was under warranty but they did not do anything about it. Infect they treated us very rudely.

Worse Customer Service: They are only friendly when you buy something from them. But if you have any problem with your furniture within warranty period, they??ll treat you so badly. I will never going to recommend this place to anyone again. I am very disappointed.
