If I could rate this place a zero I would. Actually I would give it a negative rating, like a -10. I got a gift certificate to this place, so I thought I would take my dad and sister for dinner. First of all, they only serve beer and wine, which is fine, but it took forever for the waitress to bring us our beers, and then I had to ask for glasses because she wasn't even going to offer. Then we ordered our dinner and it took over an hour to get it. We didn't get any bread, or anything and our waitress didn't even come over to us to say that dinner was coming soon, or apologize for the wait. My sister got the salad bar with her dinner. That was the biggest joke for a salad I have ever seen. The food wasn't fresh and the "Italian" dressing, which you would think would be good since this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant, was disgusting. It was so watered down and you couldn't even tell you put it on the salad. As we are waiting this whole time, the cook kept coming out to chat with people in the dining area. He even sat down with people and talked for 15 minutes, while we are still waiting for our food. Finally, we got our food. My dad and I both ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare. When they served us, I thought it was a joke. Whatever they thought they served us, it wasn't a ribeye steak. My dad gets meat from a butcher for our home, so we know real cuts of meat. That crap that they served us was a thin piece of roadkill. Also, we asked for it to be cooked medium rare. Both were so charred on the outside, and so overcooked on the inside it was inedible. They were no where near cooked medium rare. It was so tough, thankfully we got steak knives because you could barely cut it. Then they gave us a side of a "vegetable medley". Yeah, nto exactly a medley. It was basically a carrot cut into large pieces that weren't even cooked, and one piece of broccoli, not cooked either. They were disgusting. My sister ordered chicken marsala. It looked so nasty was it was served. It was on a plate that was very shallow, and it was covered in this oily crap that wasn't even a sauce. It was just horrible and not to mention that because they served it on this too small of a dish, it was getting everywhere. On top of all this horrible food, the price was OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!! That crap they called meat was $17. I couldn't believe that they feel that they have the right to charge so much money for so garbage. I would never recommend this place and will make sure that people know not to go here because they steal your money and give you nothing but crap in return in food and service.
