I was shocked when I went to Jewelry Gallery - several friends recommended it but I was still skeptical. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff. They listened to my situation, suggested how the repair could be done, quoted me a price and it was that simple. I received a call THE NEXT DAY that my ring was finished. No one does next day jewelry service!! I went in to find my ring looking as good as it did on my wedding day:). A few weeks later I found a completely seperate problem in that a different prong broke on my ring. I called Jewelry Gallery and the owner himself took the time to talk to me and help me. Many stores when you walk in you feel like you are being sized up so they can take you for all you are worth. Here I felt like a friend, a valued customer who they truly wanted to help. They have bent over backwards to help me. He went out of his way to fix the problem and make sure I was impressed with the outcome. I am sure there is no other jeweler out there who would do half as much as he did.

If you want friendly service, high quality and prices that will leave you shocked by how reasonable they are you need to go to Jewelry Gallery!

I have had to have a couple rings sized down due to some weight loss, and Jason was very helpful in helping me decide on a final size. The price to have the rings sized was very reasonable and they do awesome work! I also had some old scrap pieces, and they offered me the highest amount, compared to several other places I checked! I will use them exclusively from now on. Jason and the staff are always very nice and very helpful.

I have had excellent customer service from Jason and his staff ! I would recommend everyone to go here before buying elsewhere, the prices are un-beatable and you will also get a fair price if you are selling or trading. Many, many thanks Jason - I had originally purchased a white gold wedding set from the Jewelry Gallery and after 2 months decided I really wanted to go back to my original 29 year old yellow gold wedding band (yes I got sentimental !!) I picked out a new yellow gold engagement ring, Jason took the diamond out of my white gold ring and put it in the new yellow gold setting and he did this for nothing, he didnt charge me a penny.
A word to the person who was whining about the appraisal not being done 2 weeks prior to Christmas - every store is the same way - I had taken the original white gold set that I got from the Jewelry Gallery to 3 other jewellery stores for an appraisal and was told the same thing at each one - come back after Christmas. And, by the way, the ring did appraise for a lot more than I paid for it...................

FIVE STARS PLUS! Jason and the sales staff have always been courteous and helpful. I have gotten the best price around for scrapping some gold and platinum I no longer wore, as well as gotten UNBELIEVABLE prices buying diamond stud earrings by paying cash! My experience at Jewelry Gallery today may not have been the typical customer service experience based on the fact that it is two weeks until Christmas, but it still was enough for me to not go back to the store, nor recommend it to others. The store was highly recommended to me by someone who had recently gotten her engagement ring appraised there. The ring had been purchased elsewhere, and she had a couple bad experiences with 'snooty' salespeople at other jewelry stores before stopping in at Jewelry Gallery. She talked up the customer service, estate jewelry collection (which I am into), and said that is was $35 for a 15 minute appraisal. I have had a couple bad experiences myself with other jewelry stores and was looking for a new one...my first needs were to get my engagement ring appraised and eventually get the setting changed (not an immediate need since I only wear my wedding band on a daily basis). Anyway, I live nearly an hour away, but figured it was worth the drive if the place was that great. There is one customer in the store when I get there, which the saleswoman is occupied with, so I start looking at the estate jewelry in the meantime. Soon after, a gentleman comes from the back to help me, and when I ask about getting my ring appraised, he informs me that he is too busy...it's their busiest month and that I should come back after Christmas. The saleswoman agreed that it was just couldn't be done. I was just shocked...and was still upset all the way home. I'm sure if I had been making a larger purchase that day, they would have been okay spending 15 minutes on me. Based on the owner's comment stating that their business has been increasing 30% a year for the last few years, they're already doing okay without me and I'd be better off giving my business to a store that will appreciate it...

Jewelry Gallery is a true gem! I had a wonderful experience with the Jewelry Gallery so I just had to share. I had an old birthstone ring that belonged to my grandmother. It was given to her by my grandfather when they were dating. When my grandmother passed the ring was given to me since i was the only granddaughter. Several years ago I decided to see if I should have it appraised not knowing if it had value or not. I took it to a neighboring jeweler to inquire about an appraisal. I can't remember how much it was going to be but I asked the salesperson to have someone just take a quick look at the stone to see if it was a semi-precious stone or not. I did not want to pay $75 or more to find it was only worth $75. However the value to me was priceless. The salesperson returned with my ring and was very flippant and handed the ring to me and said "it is just a piece of glass".I almost started crying in the store - her lack of empathy was very sad. I had told her how much the ring meant to me. So I took my ring and headed home. Fast forward to present. I had decided that I really wanted the ring turned into a pendant. I got my ring and gathered some old gold and headed for the Jewelry Gallery. I was astonished to find out just how much money I had in old gold, pieces that had been broken or no longer worn or an earring missing. After we settled on the gold, I showed Kathy my ring and explained once again how it belonged to my grandmother and how I wanted a pendant but I knew the stone was not worth anything but the sentimental value I had for it. The stone, since it was quite old had gotten chipped and scratched down through the years so we decided to replace the stone with something similar. I was a bit worried since I wanted the stone to look exactly like what I had and preserve the antique setting. Kathy assured me that they could take care if it. I knew that I could trust them. And the price to do this was very reasonable. I returned to the store today to pick up my pendant. Kathy got it out and showed it to me and I started crying in the store. The pendant is beautiful and looks just like I imagine it did all those years ago when my grandfather purchased it for my grandmother. It is now even more special to me and I plan to wear it everyday to have my grandmother close to my heart. Deep gratitude goes to Kathy and the staff at Jewelry Gallery for the beautiful workmanship and their caring attitude shown to me. I will be telling all my friends of the wonderful experince I had.

I took in an old watch that needed to be cleaned. Another jeweler told me that the watch was sealed and would be impossible to fix without sending it back to the factory. Jason cleaned the watch as I waited-- It looked beautiful when he finished!

I have a lot of jewelry and have had to have many repairs, but I have never had work that was as good as that done by Jason.

I live in Westfield, and returned from a Carnival Cruise with an opal/diamond necklace for my 19 year old for her birthday. I have a 13 yr old daughter that I did not want feeling left out. I was afraid to buy her a ring that was REALLY valuable because of her age and the responsibility that comes along with owning fine jewelery. I stopped into the Jewelery Gallery and purchased a BEAUTIFUL silver ring with 3 pink ice zirconia
. She feels like Liz Taylor. It was a mere $10.00, When a stone came loose and fell out, they were so kind in repairing the ring, tightening ALL the prongs for ALL 3 stones, cleaning it, and treated it (and me) with great kindness even though the ring was all but a $10.00 purchase to begin with.The charge for this.....0. I couldn't believe that they were so nice and wanted my little girl to continue enjoying the ring as much as she did the day she received it! Thank you to the Jewelery Gallery for your hometown hospitality.

I have no clue why anyone would ever have anything to say other than Thank You. I just got a beautiful ring from my husband. Jason @ the Jewelry Gallery went out of his way to find the perfect diamond, take it out of a necklace, place it in a setting, and he also sent the ring via fed-ex in time for Christmas. Which knowing my husband I'm sure it was all very last minute. My husband never saw the ring nor did he understand the color, clarity, cut, any of that yet, he had all the faith that Jason would come through for him. He DID!! It is a beautiful ring. I wouldn't be able to trust any other Jeweler to do that for me! I tell all my friends and family in and out of Indiana to go there and see Jason. Very highly recommended!- Oh and I live in Ohio it is a 5 hour or so more drive to Indiana. I would rather do the drive than go anywhere else.

I have bought Jewelry, all over the world, in places that the deals are supposed to be the best, however I think Jason (the owner) of the Jewelry Gallery can beat them all! He has provided me with incredible deals on a wedding ring, bracelets, earrings and watches. He can make or match styles seen anywhere, the store does their own repairs in house and they are quickly done and top quality work. I recommend this store to all my friends and family, and am comfortable with knowing I need not look all over town to find the very best deal, I just go see Jason.

Recently I purchased a Citizens Echo-Drive watch and needed a few more links so that it would fit properly. (Another jeweler in Noblesville recommended these folks) When I brought the watch in, they were very nice and courteous to me, ordered the links and even installed them. Unfortunately I had not purchased my watch from this location and even saw it here for less money. But none the less, they were very nice and professional with me even though I did not buy the watch from them originally. Great folks!

This is in response to a previous review and thanks to a good customer informing me of Mrs. Jennifer Ks' review. Lets start from the beginning. Jennifer came into our store as a new customer needing to have a stone retiped, we kindly gave her a price of $15 to retip both very worn out prongs on her center sapphire (our competition price started at $30). The ring was in very worn condition. All the sapphires had small abrasions and scratches on the surfaces, which is common for a ring thats been worn for 10 to 15 years. We retiped the prongs, polished the gold and cleaned it. It now looks like new. (All worked is examined by one of the sales ladies before any customer picks up any job) She came in to pick it up and emmediatley asked to see a 10x loupe to examine the job. My employee thought that was a little odd. She starred at it for quite a while and then said there was a crack in her stone and thats when i was called over to take a look at it. She had a very irritating look about her, almost like she was ready to explode. I looked at the stone and saw nothing wrong except a few scratches on the surface, which it came in with. She said look closer and i found a very small spot on the bottom part of the sapphire, which could have allready been there when she brought it in. Thats how small the scratch, crack or chip was. So, i appoligized and replaced it by the next morning. She came in and we went through the same ordeal, but her attitude was even worse this day. She found another spot on the stone that she was'nt happy with, so i said no problem, let us try again. The second stone is now in the ring and has been examined by Sheri and Monica. They both said that the ring looks perfect and looks 10 times better than when she originally brought it in. They also decided that if she wasn't happy with this, that she would never be happy and i agreed. Needless to say she was'nt happy and i this job has cost me $40 and i am only charging her $15. So i proceeded to show alittle discouragement(would'nt you?) and asked if this is a joke and if she is really serious. Did someone put you up to this. That what it seemed like. Here are a few other facts about our store, which is one of two stores. We have 2 master jewelers with 40 years experience. We currently do work (repairs, sizing and remounts) for 4 retail jewelry stores and 3 wholesalers for a total of approximately 9000 jobs a year. My business has increased by an average of 30% a year, for that last 4 years. My ebay has 100% positive feedback. NOW! Do you think that i can be this successful and still treat customers the way Mrs. Jennifer K claims!?!? This is in response to a previous review and thanks to a good customer informing me of Mrs. Jennifer Ks' review. Lets start from the beginning. Jennifer came into our store as a new customer needing to have a stone retiped, we kindly gave her a price of $15 to retip both very worn out prongs on her center sapphire (our competition price started at $30). The ring was in very worn condition. All the sapphires had small abrasions and scratches on the surfaces, which is common for a ring thats been worn for 10 to 15 years. We retiped the prongs, polished the gold and cleaned it. It now looks like new. (All worked is examined by one of the sales ladies before any customer picks up any job) She came in to pick it up and emmediatley asked to see a 10x loupe to examine the job. I was shocked to see the previous review of Jewelry Gallery as I have had quite the opposite experience with the store as a whole and with the owner, Jason.

For four years, I have been a customer of Jewelry Gallery. I have traded jewlery, sold gold, and bought items outright. Jason knows my budget and always is willing to work with me. He is a very outgoing individual, yet is also passionate for the work that he does, for his employees (as it always seems), and above all else has a passion for working with patient customers.

Because I have been in frequently over the years, I have seen the deals Jason makes with customers and the time he spends with each of them. However, I have been in at times when customers are asking what I feel is taking advantage of the company's generosity. Nevertheless, at no time have I ever seen Jason, Monica, or Sheri act unprofessionally.

The quality of work, customer satisfaction, and product quality remains unmatched by any other jewelry store in my opinion.:-)

I had a horrible experience at Jewelry Gallery on Carey Road. I brought in a ring to get the stone re-tipped so I wouldn't lose it. They cracked the corner of the stone during repair. It was clearly visible with the naked eye, but also used a loop that was on the counter-I never asked for one.
The owner, Jason, was apologetic, agreed he saw what I was looking at, and said they hadn't noticed it but would certainly replace the stone with a close match. I said these things happen- it is how they are rectified that makes a difference and I was please with their response. I was never "about the explode" and left happy. I went in to get the ring the next day and noticed the replaced stone appeared cracked as well. I asked Jason to check it out and tell me if it was cracked. He commented on my "Super duper good eyesight" and he admitted seeing the chip. He then became clearly bothered, mumbled about how it was going to cost him more for my ring than what I would have paid him for the repair. I was still calm - it wasn't that big of a deal. Then he asked if I just wouldn't mind taking the broken one - if that would bother me. For the owner, Jason, to even suggest that made me concerned about their quality of work and I told him I would like it replaced.
I went back two days later to pick it up and when I got it I asked Sheri for a loop so I could check it over. It was the 3rd time - wouldn't you? Before I had even said a word to Jason he started verbally attacking me from across the store. I had done nothing wrong - other than recognize the mistakes in his work. He was loudly unloading about how the 4 people in the store had talked after I left and had decided I wasn't going to be happy no matter what they did. This went on for a while. I asked him if he was actually faulting me for wanting to check my ring over after they had tried to pass of 2 broken stones on me. He continued his verbal assault, as I stood there stunned. I did tell him that I had no problem with the errors whatsoever until I realized he thought nothing of asking me to accept a broken stone. It was truly his attitude toward his customer that was unbelievable. He freely admitted that he had a bad attitude about the whole ordeal. He was clearly aggravated and angry and made sure I was aware of that. I was the only customer in the store and his employees stood there and watched. I left his shop physically shaking which didn??t didn't bother him one bit.
In the end I have my ring. The re-tip job is acceptable and was starting to pay for the ring when Jason starting ranting at me. I would give Jewelry Gallery a no stars rating, but his web site wouldn't let me. I hope someone will benefit from the info. I wouldn't buy anything from a place that has such horrible customer service, or would treat a customer like that.
Let me also clarify the ring did not come in with a broken stone ?? if it did his experienced master jewelers would have noticed it before retipping the stone. Yes the stone was a little worn ?? why else would it need repair. When Jason agreed to replace it he told me he could see it as well and the machine could have done it. The last time I came in I WAS fine with the repair. I never said anything to the contrary ?? Jason was not even near me.

Jason later sent a letter apologizing for his unchristian-like behavior and wanted to let me know how much it bothered him. Jason??s letter stated ??I was having a bad day.? I was treated as I claim and Jason's apology was the right thing to do - but to deny his behavior on this site shows his true character.

I do not doubt other customers have had a positive experience at this store. This was not my first time in Jewelry Gallery and came back because my first experience was positive. I just hope he does not ??have a bad day? in the future and take it out on a frightened woman again.

She had a happy experience with this store. And so did we. We found they had the best price and they were the only store that would offer to set the diamond and size my new ring within two hours after the purchase! The long search for a ring happily ended at the Jewelry Gallery :)
We got a great deal on my gorgeous (!!!) engagement ring and found the store where we will buy all our jewelry from now on.
Bottom line: YES, I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

My experience at Jewelry Gallery today may not have been the typical customer service experience based on the fact that it is two weeks until Christmas, but it still was enough for me to not go back to the store, nor recommend it to others. The store was highly recommended to me by someone who had recently gotten her engagement ring appraised there. The ring had been purchased elsewhere, and she had a couple bad experiences with 'snooty' salespeople at other jewelry stores before stopping in at Jewelry Gallery. She talked up the customer service, estate jewelry collection (which I am into), and said that it was $35 for a 15 minute appraisal. I have had a couple bad experiences myself with other jewelry stores and was looking for a new one...my first needs were to get my engagement ring appraised and eventually get the setting changed (not an immediate need since I only wear my wedding band on a daily basis). Anyway, I live nearly an hour away, but figured it was worth the drive if the place was that great. There is one customer in the store when I get there, which the saleswoman is occupied with, so I start looking at the estate jewelry in the meantime. Soon after, a gentleman comes from the back to help me, and when I ask about getting my ring appraised, he informs me that he is too busy...it's their busiest month and that I should come back after Christmas. The saleswoman agreed that it was just couldn't be done. I was just shocked...and was still upset all the way home. I'm sure if I had been making a larger purchase that day, they would have been okay spending 15 minutes on me. Based on the owner's comment stating that their business has been increasing 30% a year for the last few years, they're already doing okay without me and I'd be better off giving my business to a store that will appreciate it...

You can order something here if you dont see it on the floor since store is small with a smaller inventory. Just ask Jason and he will do his best to see if he can order or re-produce a piece.
