Wright Automotive Group of Wex

Wright Automotive has no customer loyalty. I had purchased a vehicle from the dealership and I was quite happy so I returned to buy a second vehicle. The second vehicle's transmission went within 30days of purchasing and they refused to work with me at all, saying it was sold AS IS. Had they worked with me I probably would have been a customer for life. I suggest finding a different dealership because Wright Automotive is a crapshoot.

I bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata right off the showroom floor from Wright about a month ago as of this writing. My salesman, Bob, was outstanding. Honest, sincere, and professional, considering he is less than half my age, I feel he has an excellent future in the industry. The credit manager worked hard to gain my business and obtain the best interest rate possible. I generally don't like credit people but this guy was good. While I've not used the service department, I have ordered several addons from the parts department and they are effective and efficient. From what I've seen, the service department is well-staffed and even includes a number of attractive women. I absolutely love my new car and have my fingers crossed that the service will be there for me when I need it.

terrible. sales staff will tell you whatever lies they need to sell the car; and then they refuse to stand behind their word. My suggestion is to run away from Wright, and find a reputable dealer.

This is about a 40-45 minute drive from Butler but it's worth the trip if looking for a car. They have amazing incentives if you have purchased from them in the past... i bought a honda from them, and they send flyers out when honda is doing owner loyalty and wright will double the owner loyalty rebate! the prices for new cars come down drastically with all their incentives. They definitely work to keep you as a customer.
