I feel so comfortable with them and have used them since my children were born. I agree with the other review that each of them have different bedside manners (which is probably best for us to find the one that fits our preferences), but overall they provide great care. Schedule an appt with each of them because you never know who is available on those mandatory sick appointments that day.

I especially enjoy visiting with one of their CNPs, Meredith Pike, who is available when the doctors are completely booked. She is super friendly and sincerely cares and really takes the time to listen and offer plenty of information to make you feel more comfortable with your treatment.

I found them while doing background research and it's great that they have affiliations with St. Alexius Medical Center (hospital) across the street, as well as Children's Memorial Hospital in the city. So you know that they are learning from other general doctors' experiences and with those highly specialized in pediatrics. And we'll at least have affiliation in CMH if we ever had to check-in there.

Yes, standard check up appointments can be booked, but if you stay on top of scheduling them 2-3 months in advance, there are no problems. I haven't had problems with scheduling same-day sick visits with my 2 kids (under 4). They've always seen us the same day.

On a busy day, we probably had to wait 30-60 minutes in the lobby. But it's not their fault that the rest of us swamp them with a sick kid on any unpredicted given day with a flu strikes the main population. But generally, our visits are about a 10 minute wait.

Dr. Bedingfield and Rosewell were assisgned to our first child when he was born at St. Alexius. Since then, we have had another child and will never see another doctor! All the doctors, Bedingfield, Rosewell and Silver are fantastic. Each has a different style of being a doctor, but all are knowledgable. Even the NP is wonderful and I don't mind seeing her if the doctors are booked up. They get my kids in the same day when they are ill. I love our peds!

PROS: They care about kids!
CONS: Each doctor has a different bedside manner, check and see who you like!

These doctors and their staff here are phenomenal! We have a child with Autism who can be a little higher on the difficulty level when it is his time to visit the doctor's office. The patience, the kindness, the caring environment that the doctors and staff members at this facility exude cannot go without recommendation and recognition. They are very calming and create a serene atmosphere for the children and adults alike. I also found it a plus that they have 2 separate enclosed waiting areas; one area for your typical "physical" or general doctor's visit, and one for those children who have a potential infection such as the flu. I liked that they were using their thinking caps when designing an office to avoid getting the "healthy" visitors infected! The only reason I gave their office a 1/2 point off of 5 stars is because of the wait it takes (sometimes up to a few weeks) to get in for a regular checkup visit (in urgent situations patients are seen immediately). The wait can also be a compliment for them though, showing how "in demand" their services are. I highly recommend them to all!
