The east side office is usually so busy the wait time is excessive. I was treated in an uncaring manner by Dr. Robison when I was having complications in my 2nd pregnancy. I refuse to see him again. When I can get in to see Dr. Baker I always receive excellent care. Dr. Nelson always seems to be in a rush and the few times I had to see her during my pregnancy I was so flustered by her speed that I forgot to ask several questions. Darla, the ultrasound tech borders on rudeness every time I've seen her. I learned of an impending miscarriage when she abruptly announced it during my ultrasound. She comes across as unfeeling and detached.

I have been to the west side office many times and I have MUCH better care there. Cathy, who operates the laser there, is very nice and on time. Amber, the NP, listens well and is very helpful in explaining things and working with me for my course of treatment/care.

I went to Rosemark and was greatly disappointed in their care. I waited for an excessively long time twice....I needed a shot that they said they didn't have at one location, but that I could take it at the other. So I drove across town to take the shot, signed in and waited for 40 minutes only to find out that they didn't have it there either! During my exam, I felt almost bullied and ridiculed when expressing my concerns, which is not the kind of care I expect from a doctor. I would absolutely NOT recommend this facility to any woman.

After being herded through like cattle I received the worst care from the majority of the doctors at Rosemark and terrible service from the staff. I had very complicated issues with my pregnancy and they kept telling me it was normal and not to worry about it and to just drink water. I was calling on a daily basis with concerns for my health and the health of my unborn child. I was never asked any questions nor were any exams performed to see what may be causing my problems. I delivered at 24 weeks and my child passed away after 2 hours due to an infection that could have been prevented had they taken the time to do a urine sample. Thanks to the laws in Idaho, i was unable to pursue anything legally because no doctor was willing to testify that Rosemark was negligent in there care. I have had numerous doctors tell me "off the record" that the doctors at Rosemark should have suspected something with all the complications I was having. I received no after care after I lost my child but did continue to receive bills for care. When I called to question my billing, I was congratulated on the birth of my child...not just once but THREE times. A doctor from Rosemark was the one that delivered my child and they had been fully aware of what had happened. I was very disappointed in their record keeping as well. I am still waiting for a COMPLETE copy of my medical records and have filed a complaint with HIPA due to the fact there are many pieces of my medical charts that are missing. Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Rosemark.

I went for a 100% covered physical and am still tring to fight my $300+ bill. they preformed uneeded test that wern't covered and without my permission. not to mention they suggested ultra sounds for both of my breast that the doctor there that preformed it couldn't find anything at all, not even for threreason they sent me.

Without making this a long novel, I will say that they knocked me out without permission during a D&C, caused me a lot of hemorraghing then refused to treat me for it, then almost killed my 3rd child in their Mountain View Hospital. Others in town have been let down as well, please just go with another doc and use EIRMC!

I have been quite satisfied with the care that I have received at Rosemark. I usually try to see Dr. Nelson. I feel that she is a wonderful doctor. However, the staff their are all good. I do feel that you receive alot better service when you are pregnant than when you aren't. That can be frustrating at times. Their facility is very nice and clean. The reception staff is generally courteous and knowledgable.

PROS: Excellent prenatal care, professional staff
CONS: sometimes" lost is the shuffle" if you aren't pregnant.

Not sure if that's good or not. As long as you're pregnant, you get excellent healthcare. All other issues don't seem quite as important. Worth a try.

PROS: Satisfactory response time to medical question calls. Nice facility.
CONS: Once you deliver your baby-they don't know you anymore.
