Wonderful doctor. I had problems with my pregnancy and delivery and Dr. Robison was very attentive and helped me through a very difficult delivery. So thankful for him and the staff at Rosemark and Mountain View.

As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my second child I immediately called Rosemark to make an appointment with Dr. Erickson. My previous pregnancy and delivery was not with rosemark and i had a horrible experience. I had heard how wonderful Dr. Erickson was and how amazing he was at surgeries and I knew I was going to need a C-Section due to my previous experiance. When it came down to it....there were some serious life threatening circumstances that occured during my c-section and thank goodness I was seeing Dr. Erickson, I was told the situation I had was very rare and emergent. I honestly feel with all my heart that he (Dr. Erickson) saved my life. I will always and forever refer anyone I meet to him He is truely amazing.

I had been to Rosemark twice and needed to make a another appointment so I googled to get their phone number and came across these reviews and couldn't believe what I was reading. Some of the bad experiences listed have not been my experience at all! After a couple of days and after having my third appointment, I decided I needed to leave a comment on this site. I am recovering from cancer and have been to many doctors in the past few years and have not felt more taken care of and listened to than I did with Dr. Erickson. It is true that I have had to see a different doctor because Dr. Erickson was out of town, (thankfully Dr. Baker was at their other office and could see me within two days of when I called) but both of them were so attentive and cared about everything I have been through. They both had a little bit of a wait, about 25-30 minutes, but it was not as long as many doctor's I've been to recently. They both cared about the whole me, not only my physicial health, but also my emotional health since I have been through a lot. The staff were so friendly! There was a little mix up on getting some records from another physician, but they got is worked out quickly and it wasn't a big deal. On my second appointment I was nervous about some lab results and the nurse could tell and took extra time and care to make sure I was comfortable. She stayed in the room with me and Dr. Erickson the entire time. I have and will continue to refer everyone to these guys. They're well worth the little bit of wait time you might have!!

I had my IUD removed and was told 4 times by 4 different people that my insurance "probably wouldn't cover it". My insurance does cover it and told them so. Regardless they made me pay $238.00 before I even saw a doctor to take out my IUD. All that was done was removal of my IUD nothing else and all they cared about was getting their money. I will never go there again. I really felt like all they cared about was the money and Nothing else. I felt horrible when I left.

Dr. Merrill had great reviews so I made an appointment with her. I was very excited to talk to someone that could help. When I went my appointment, I was asked to sit in the exam room. When I was sitting in there waiting, she was scolding the RN that why didn't see my paperwork before hand and telling her I had too many questions listed. I had four questions. The new patient paper work had five blank lines to fill in the paperwork regarding the visit. All of my questions were extremely relevant to my annual exam. I felt very uncomfortable because I felt that the Dr. did not want to help me. She explained to the RN that it takes too long to chart and if a patient had questions then they should bill the insurance company for more than just the "annual" exam. She spent a total of 10 minutes with me and rushed the visit. I will not go back to see Dr. Merrill.

I find it odd that 90% of the reviews that are positive have comments about some xray tech named Darla. These reviews praise her. It really looks like Darla the xray tech wrote these reviews.

My appointment was 8/17/2011 with Dr. Merrill. It has been two months and I have not heard "a peek" from Dr. Merrill or Rosemark about my exam. Of course they only spent 7 minutes with me but since I'm paying the bill you would expect some type of report, phone call, letter or e-mail. Nothing. This is not the first year this has happened to me and I would not recommend this health care provider.

I would not recommend Rosemark.
I went in having a miscarriage. I waited 45 minutes to get an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was crass about the situation. She asked me twice if I was sure I was pregnant (confirmed with Dr. one week prior). When I was told I would speak to the Dr. I was left in his office with another patient's info easily readable on his computer screen and sat waiting for another 20 minutes. Dr. Baker was obviously not concerned about the emotional side of miscarriages at all. He told me I knew what was happening, that I wouldn't need a procedure, and left.
I called the next day to complain of horrific pain and had to wait 6 hours for a reply on what to do. Then, they forgot to call in my medication at the pharmacy.
Ridiculous service, certainly not patient oriented. It felt like I was an inconvience rather than a patient.

I am a nurse and had just moved to IF from Seattle when my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our 1st child. We choose Rosemark becuase it was the most advertised I guess. I seen Dr. Robison the first 3 visits and everytime I felt rushed and that he did not have time for my questions or concerns. I have a heart condition and at 12 weeks found out from a Cardiologist that this was going to be a problem with my pregnancy and I could possibly loose my life if not treated closely. When I went Dr. Robision worried and expecting a treatment plan layed out, he seemed angry and frustrated to deal with a my complications...that is the last time I set foot in rosemark. I ended up having to have heart surgery at 16 weeks-luckily baby and I are OK. I switched to another office at 14 weeks and have not regreted it once. As a nurse I think their office treats patients like another Medical Record number and not an individual which I found disgusting for treating women during one of the most exciting and scary experiences of their life especially if it is your 1st pregnancy. I would not recommend them to anyone. Luckily I was able to find a terrific High Risk Doc and great OB for my delivery.

Rosemark is great! The doctors here are so wonderful. The doctors really care about their patients and put them first. The wait time here is not bad at all. The Rosemark staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Rosemark to anyone. It is also so nice have the hospital right down the hall. Rosemark is a great medical facility! Not only are the doctors and nurses wonderful, but the ultrasound tech Darla is great. She is very sharp.

I went to Rosemark for my first pregnancy and quickly realized I was in a bad situation. First off the wait time is unreal! Every time I went I would plan on at least a forty minute wait. Then when it was my turn, I would see one of the multiple doctors where I'd have to introduce myself every time and re-tell my story, if you're looking for a personal visit, forget it! The billing department while being sympathetic were very pushy and made me sign a payment plan on my first visit, even though I told them over and over that I could not afford the payments they set for me. There are a few nurses who are super nice but only 1 ever remembered who I was (and not by name) Dr. Robison was very brief with me during my visit with him and when he had to check my progress toward the end was extremely pushy and really hurt me! Dr. Merrill was the one who delivered my baby and didn't give me an episiotomy and so I ripped so bad 6 months later I'm still not healed. And the first time I met with her she was super rude and impersonal, as the times went by though she seemed to loosen up so she may have just had a bad day. Dr. Baker was who I origionally went to see because I'd heard good things about him, but even he was quick to rush me out and treated me like I was just another cow in the heard. Where it was my first pregnancy I wanted to be taken care of and Rosemark didn't deliver! I'd never go back and I recommend anyone else try a doctor who will learn your name and remember your story! Good luck!

I would highly recommend Westmark! Dr Baker is a great doctor who cares so much about his patients. Darla the ultrasound tech is amazing at her work. At 19 weeks she diagnosed my baby with gastroschesis. She told us that the intestines, liver, and stomach were out. Many other doctors that did ultrasounds on me could not figure out which organs were truely out. She never once second guessed herself. When the time came for delivery she was completely right. Everything that she said was out was. I am so greatful that they have such a great ultrasound tech that found out first hand that our baby had a problem!

I have had 3 babies with the doctors at Rosemark. One baby had severe abnormalities and died shortly after birth. The problem was diagnosed at an 18 week prenatal visit when I received an ultrasound. I appreciated the professional care I received from Darla the ultrasound tech. She was supportive and efficient. She also gave ultrasounds for several miscarrages, and again showed compassion and understanding.

The east side office is usually so busy the wait time is excessive. I was treated in an uncaring manner by Dr. Robison when I was having complications in my 2nd pregnancy. I refuse to see him again. When I can get in to see Dr. Baker I always receive excellent care. Dr. Nelson always seems to be in a rush and the few times I had to see her during my pregnancy I was so flustered by her speed that I forgot to ask several questions. Darla, the ultrasound tech borders on rudeness every time I've seen her. I learned of an impending miscarriage when she abruptly announced it during my ultrasound. She comes across as unfeeling and detached.

I have been to the west side office many times and I have MUCH better care there. Cathy, who operates the laser there, is very nice and on time. Amber, the NP, listens well and is very helpful in explaining things and working with me for my course of treatment/care.

I went to Rosemark and was greatly disappointed in their care. I waited for an excessively long time twice....I needed a shot that they said they didn't have at one location, but that I could take it at the other. So I drove across town to take the shot, signed in and waited for 40 minutes only to find out that they didn't have it there either! During my exam, I felt almost bullied and ridiculed when expressing my concerns, which is not the kind of care I expect from a doctor. I would absolutely NOT recommend this facility to any woman.

After being herded through like cattle I received the worst care from the majority of the doctors at Rosemark and terrible service from the staff. I had very complicated issues with my pregnancy and they kept telling me it was normal and not to worry about it and to just drink water. I was calling on a daily basis with concerns for my health and the health of my unborn child. I was never asked any questions nor were any exams performed to see what may be causing my problems. I delivered at 24 weeks and my child passed away after 2 hours due to an infection that could have been prevented had they taken the time to do a urine sample. Thanks to the laws in Idaho, i was unable to pursue anything legally because no doctor was willing to testify that Rosemark was negligent in there care. I have had numerous doctors tell me "off the record" that the doctors at Rosemark should have suspected something with all the complications I was having. I received no after care after I lost my child but did continue to receive bills for care. When I called to question my billing, I was congratulated on the birth of my child...not just once but THREE times. A doctor from Rosemark was the one that delivered my child and they had been fully aware of what had happened. I was very disappointed in their record keeping as well. I am still waiting for a COMPLETE copy of my medical records and have filed a complaint with HIPA due to the fact there are many pieces of my medical charts that are missing. Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Rosemark.

Without making this a long novel, I will say that they knocked me out without permission during a D&C, caused me a lot of hemorraghing then refused to treat me for it, then almost killed my 3rd child in their Mountain View Hospital. Others in town have been let down as well, please just go with another doc and use EIRMC!

I have been quite satisfied with the care that I have received at Rosemark. I usually try to see Dr. Nelson. I feel that she is a wonderful doctor. However, the staff their are all good. I do feel that you receive alot better service when you are pregnant than when you aren't. That can be frustrating at times. Their facility is very nice and clean. The reception staff is generally courteous and knowledgable.

PROS: Excellent prenatal care, professional staff
CONS: sometimes" lost is the shuffle" if you aren't pregnant.

Not sure if that's good or not. As long as you're pregnant, you get excellent healthcare. All other issues don't seem quite as important. Worth a try.

PROS: Satisfactory response time to medical question calls. Nice facility.
CONS: Once you deliver your baby-they don't know you anymore.

Made a 2pm appointment didn't see a doctor for over an hour. Asked the doctor if this was acceptable and she replied yes. I would bet this doctor wouldn't wait over an hour and be happy for any kind of appointment.
