I love getting my hair cut at this salon because because they truly listen to what i want and the end result always looks better than my image of it. As soon as you walk in, there is a friendly hot-woman greeting you and offering you a drink. All the hair stylists are wonderful, very talented and professional but they also know how to have a good time. I've been going to this salon for over a year now and my favorite hairstylist is kristen. She makes my hair look wonderful and dyes my hair the most hottest colors. If you want a very hip funky hair cut or just something simple then Karma is the place to go. Make sure to ask for kristen though because she is amazing.

Karma is New Haven's answer to New York stylists at a fraction of the price. If you are used to going to your local barber or supercuts, you may want to look here. It's truly an experience rather than just a haircut or style appointment you'd get elsewhere.

You will initially be greeted by one of the many talented staff to a complimentary beverage. Generally, you'll get a light head massage before each treatment to get your hair stimulated.
