Initially, i went in just to look at the phones and before you know it the manager was already pushing to close the sale. Quickly i was turned off, but to my dismay he offered me deal that i could not refuse, even beat the tmobile corporate pricing. I was already on the defense and really didnt trust the manager because of how pushy he was being, but i went through with the transaction. I chose some phones and unfortunately they where out of stock and informed me that they would be in in a couple of days, in the meantime he sold us the phones and gave us temporary phones (not comprable in price, but did the job) untill they arrived. He was also pushing a more expensive plan that i did not want, but he said if i wanted to get a good deal on the phones I would temporarely need to stick with that plan. That was a little shady and I was very skeptical from that point on. I called before i went in to pick up the phones on the promised date, and was not suprised to hear they would not be in on that date and sure enough they gave me a second pik up date for the phones. In the back of my mind I had the 14 day return period as plan B if the transaction did not go as plan. So I called in on the second promised pik up date and they told me that UPS was running behind and that was completely out of their control. As far as I know, UPS has pin point accuracy went it comes to tracking packages and even UPS gives the customer a reliable delivery date, so using UPS as a scapegoat was not going to fly.So I personally went into the store to talk to the manager and the owner happened to be there and I was very clear on why I was so frustrated with the customer service and it had not been a week with tmobile. I later found out that wireless4U was privately owned and had no direct relations with tmobile corporate, which was misleading since next to the wireless4u logo was a tmobile sign.

Had a customer come into our store looking to add a line of service. The customer had gone to Wireless 4 U the previous day and been approved but did not want to add the line yet. When looking at their account, Wireless 4 U had added a line of service, but never gave the customer a phone, nor had them sign any paperwork or agreements. Warning - Fraudulent Group.

This company is a T-mobile reseller, but they have much better deals than going directly to T-mobile. In the past I have purchased phones from them twice. I have been very happy with thier service and the pricing that they offer.

PROS: Pricing and Specials
CONS: located in a mall
