Milaegers

We purchased a 10 foot Milaeger's own tree and feel the ease of taking down this tree was vastly misrepresented to us. We tried to return it when we realized how difficult it was to take down and were refused because 32 days had elapsed and their policy is 30 days and they couldn't possibly take back a "used tree." We feel their treatment of us was harsh and punitive and we are now stuck with a $1400 tree our 60+ year old bodies cannot handle. Needless to say, we are no longer customers of this business and don't understand their lack of an ethical conscience.

You have to come here during the Christmas season. I always get my Dept 56 village things here. But shop here all year round - you will find plants in all varieties and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Basically, this store is a Christmas shop. Perfect to go to this time of the year, maybe not so good any other time, unless you like to do your Christmas shopping in July. They stock a ridiculously large quantity of lovely Christmas ornaments, many different styles of artificial Christmas trees, home decorating stuff, clothes, and much more.
